List of Tyler Nelson's Reviews
I been on hold for an hour and could not get anyone to answer to make an appointment
Absolutely the worst group of employees ever. J have had to call every month to get my meds refilled. They never call back, even when leaving a message. Front desk have attitudes all the time and think that scheduling me a 820 and telling me 9 so I miss my appointment is funny. Truly a joke and I wouldn't send my sick dog there.
He is a fair Dr. sometimes I wonder if he knows as a doctor I guess he does know as a doctor they should hire more doctors at the clinic then besides Dr. Nelson Scully Cindy Stone more doctors maybe more nurses and more receptionist in the front desk
Have told him several times about my severe back pain with no referral mentioned! He also knows about my anxiety depressive disorder and doesn't seem to care!!
3 years now and I love Dr Nelson. He is always so polite and down to earth. Very knowledgeable
Best ever
WONDERFUL PHYSICIAN! New to the area and he is the FIRST professional to make me feel valued, understood, and respected. So glad to have found this gem! Sat with me and answered every question, thoroughly explained every detail, offered REAL solutions, and took my feelings/fears/input into consideration. Did not rush me or attempt to dismiss me, and shot straight with me about all things. I have an extremely complicated medical history and overwhelming current issues, and he handled it as though it was a breeze. Recommend him to everyone! Annette, the receptionist, is quite a card, and Chase was quiet but efficient and thorough. ABSOLUTELY worth driving 40 minutes to get to them.
I have been using Dr. Nelson for several years now and never had any problems till this past visit. My problem isn't even with the doctor it is with his staff. The ladies who answer the phone are so sweet and great at what they do so the lack of customer service isn't on them. I had a visit and before even leaving the room to go to the lab I confirmed with Chase that my scripts would be taken care of as he confirmed where to send them. Several hours went by and I call my pharmacy to verify that my scripts were ready for pick up. They had absolutely no record at all of anything. I called the clinic back and let them know and asked for a call back from Dr. Nelson's nurse. More time went by and no phone call back, called the pharmacy again to see if they were ready as the work day had ended and again nothing. Well the following day I called the clinic back first thing that morning because again no returned phone calls from the nurse nor had anything been taken care of to get my scripts sent over. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and trying to be as helpful as possible but this was out of her hands on being able to handle. She informed me she would make sure that Chase got the message and for him to call me back after she tried to transfer me to him and he didn't answer. Meantime several hours go by and I called the pharmacy again to follow up because I was on my lunch break and was going to go by and pick them up while I was in town. Wouldn't you know...nothing still had been called in. The pharmacy even contacted the clinic on my behalf trying to obtain the needed scripts. Mind you this is a Friday and was going to have to go another two days without the medicine that was needed. After returning from my break I called the clinic back again being extremely upset she tried to get him again on the phone but no luck. Finally the following Monday I got 2 of the 4 scripts that was needed. At this point I had just become extremely upset and didn't want to deal with them anymore. Fast forward several weeks and had several migraines flair up and wouldn't you know one of the 2 meds that was wasn't called in was for this issue. Friday morning 10/12/18 I again started calling first thing to get this called in. Same story again no return phone calls and not taking care of business. Weekend rolled around and didn't have what was needed so come Monday morning I started calling again. Went through the same circus routine of not getting returned phone calls nor anything getting taken care of. I finally called back one last time and again spoke with a very sweet lady and she was so apologetic of the situation and was trying to do anything in her power to help me. I again can't sing enough praises about the ladies who answer the phone because they go out of their way to try and assist customers. My problem is literally with the nurse and the lack of customer service he provides to the patients.
Dr Nelson is a pleasant, understanding Doctor I have found in years. Does not rush you and does not put you though all sorts of test while your waiting to hear or feel better. I recommend Dr Nelson to my family and I am very picky.
Dr.Tyler Nelson is my physician at Bryant Medical clinic. I have been seeing him for a few years now. Each visit he takes the time to speak with the patient to be sure any concerns are dealt with and makes you feel that he really cares about you as a person. He is knowledgeable of new medicines and treatments and makes good recommendations on specialists.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
