they were absolutely wonderful. I was there for a preemployment drug screen and they treated me like I was a patient there and were very kind and I really enjoyed the experience. compared to the concentra on Mabelvale Plaza I give them a 10 because concentra was very rude and treated me like I was a parolee and made me feel like I was doing something wrong and they were extremely disrespectful.

On Sunday i brought my 3yo in (i had a refferal) we checked in at 1:30pm. I was instructed to wait outside. There was 6 ppl ahead of us. While we waited, we crossed the street to get a juice..no one ever call us. No text, no email, no notifications throughout the app.. NOTHING.

I learned that my payment card expires this month so I couldn’t keep this on file. That was good to know before next month got here. Down side is I only have one payment card. So I was still able to be seen today. I did make an appointment online. they were very far behind. No other patients I could see in waiting area. But they are probably like all other businesses - short staffed.
