I called so I can get an appointment for a drug test. The lady that answered the phone said I did not need one. So I did a walk in and the lady at the front deck asked if I had an appointment, I said no. I had to wait about an hour and a half. This happened to me twice there. That is why I called to make an appointment the second because of what I went through the first time. I do not go there unless I have to.

Always quick to help me. Never been an issue getting an appointment, being heard, or getting the appropriate medication. The staff makes me feel comfortable and is very accommodating. I will definitely be using this facility again.

Apparently, you have to have an appointment for this place now. Went in 3:00 today for an X-ray for my right foot (there wasn’t a single patient in the waiting room). The lady asked if I made an appointment, I didn’t know I had to make on I said. So, she makes me an appointment for 4:45. My wife and I go to the Murphy station to fill up here car. I told her to go back I’m canceling my appointment. I walk in, no one in the front office, I sit there for a good two minutes waiting. They had put two pieces of paper telling customers the the staff had all gone to lunch……EVERYBODY I’m assuming! So I politely wrote a note on the paper in the window to cancel my appointment. I don’t understand, not a single patient in the place and I get an appointment for an hour and a half away. Been here before and had no issue but I’ll never go back for sure!!!

Great Staff, I received a call around the time I made my appointment but was still on the way home from work, being 45 minutes late! As was treated like the favorite cousin who hadn’t been home in years!
