In and out no problems. The PA was great.

I am very dissatisfied with your covid swab policy to see a patient afterwards. If a patient doesn’t wish to waste anyone’s time it’s ridiculous that you charge them a no show fee. Will be looking for another provider. Don’t need a money grubber doctor.

Our process of making our appt and being seen was a breeze. Our waiting time was 30 minutes from time to check in and being seen. I was amazed!

I wouldn’t recommend this place as far as taking young children there, not helpful at all and very impersonal if they don’t think anything is wrong with your child.

The lady that sits at the desk in the front is VERY rude!!!! Not only was she rude to me but she was very rude to a man that was checking out with his son. He was talking to her about a bill he didn’t know about and she cut him off and rudely said, “Do you just want to pay today’s visit with the card on file.” Terrible, terrible attitude.

The front desk lady of this Urgent Care is extremely rude. I had an appointment and I had been passed over by 4 people that came in after me. When I asked about it, she said, "they had appointments". I reminded her that I did too. I walked out not being seen and I will not go back there.

I had given blood earlier for Red Cross blood drive. When I removed the tight wrap 3 and 1/2 hours later the blood flowed so fast I had trouble stopping it. I put a large gauze pad on it and managed to wrap the original elastic bandage and stop the blood flow. I went to this Baptist Urgent care and the nurse reacted to my need immediately! He took me to a room and removed my bandage and thankfully the bleeding did not start up again. He rebandaged and sent me on my way. Never took my name or insurance. Said it was such a simple thing he wasn’t going to worry about it. WOW! I was truly touched. Very caring and understanding! Thank you! Gotta say I was embarrassed when I got back to my car, I realized that I not only had a mask on but I forgot I was wearing sunglasses! Bad enough he couldn’t see my smile but he couldn’t see my eyes either. I’m so sorry.

They were all very nice and I didn't have to wait long at all. Sure was so much better than going to the ER at the hospital.

I had a terrible accident with a miter saw. It was bad. Both of my fingers were there but they were pretty mangled. My husband took me to Baptist Urgent Care to get checked out before we went to the ER. The doctor did an amazing job! Was able to stitch me up! Believe me that wasn't easy considering what she had to work with! We are self employed and currently we have no insurance. I was amazed at how reasonable the cost was! The staff are amazing and I would recommend them to everyone!
