Nightmare. Dr. Myers is a stealth neuro. Go and get a real one. Good luck getting a live person on the phone during business hours. You have a better chance of talking to the Pope.

I have been extremely impressed and grateful for the care Dr Meyers has given. She always allows time to hear concerns, discuss options, answer questions. Something very rare in the field of neurology surprisingly, tho not too common in medicine anymore, period.

I was able to get in quickly. Office staff was helpful and efficient. Dr. Myers listened carefully, asked detailed and thoughtful questions and is getting me the help I need.

1. I handed my new patient paperwork to the receptionist when I checked in. It was still on her desk, untouched, when I checked out. 2. I requested a refill on a migraine rescue medication and specifically stated the office would need to call in a quantity override to my insurance. No quantity override was submitted. The prescription written was for the wrong dosage of the medication. 3. I was told I someone would set up an MRI appointment for me. This did not happen.

Dr Meyers is great with her patients. She takes her time to talk with us not just diagnose us.

I am not sure about the doctor because she is not accepting new patients, but the office staff sucks. Glad I couldn't get in.

she is always in a hurry doesn't take the time to talk or have you talk haven't gotten answers we need about how to control my seizures and always prescribing medications . she is always behind and sometimes doesn't think before she speaks. and takes her forever to return calls and nurses are also behind. she has upset us 3 appointments recently with comments and her not taking the time to speak with us.

I have seizures, that have not been diagnosed properly, the reason for needing a good nuerologist. Over the pat 18 months, Dr. MYERS has canceled 8 of 190 scheduled appointments. She just keeps renewing my prescription for a year at a time, not knowing if I need a different medication, or if the one she prescribed even works for me.
