Dr. Bunting doesn't have time for his patients. The PAs seem to handle everything in office. I was having problems and the PAs just ignored my complaints. I could have died. After being in ICU, I was followed up in his office again by a PA only. Dr. Bunting should be monitoring his patients that have complications. Its not being done.

Dr. Bunting is great!! The sweet lady that checked me out was great!! Everyone else was horrible!!! First appt, tried calling 3 times to let them know I was going to be 5 minutes late, phone went straight to voicemail or it kept ringing. When I finally got a person she informed me if I wasn’t on time my appt would be cancelled and I would be charge $50. First impression, shot!!! Then when dr. Bunting ordered an X-ray the X-ray company never expected the order and the person I spoke at dr. Bunting office said they never knew of the order. Well, how is it that it was written at the bottom of my checkout form and the sweet lady who checked me out gave me the information I needed?? I was still told they didn’t get an order for my X-ray, yet how would I know where to call or how did I get this flyer?? Magic?!?!? I work in the medical field and I know first impressions are the people on the phone and the people checking you in. You have GOT to get better with patient services because we are sick or scared or whatever. The last thing we need is someone being rude to us and not following through with their job!!! If you aren’t happy, find another job, but don’t get rude with me when you can’t answer the phone, drop the ball on your responsibility, or give me the run around!!!

I was sent from the ER to Dr Troy Bunting, I had been misdiagnosed for years. He was able to diagnose me correctly and get me on the appropriate medication and health regimen after just two visits. I would always recommend him.
