Dr. Burns office got me in on my appointment time and seen quite quickly once in the back patient room. Dr. Terry and his nurse asked all the pertinent questions and got me going with a prescription.

WORST DOCTOR'S OFFICE EVER!! The Dr didn't like what I said last time I took mom they tried to make me look like the bad guy and called cops on me when it was there negligence that caused mom to get hurt because they wouldn't give her the meds she needed and said if she gets worse take her to the er and I did and while there she got a bad skin tear that has to be redressed everyday now and all could have been avoided by them giving her the meds she needed DON'T GO TO HARDY MEDICAL CLINIC IN CHEROKEE VILLAGE DR BURNS OFFICE THEY DON'T CARE AND HAVE NO HEART. It breaks my heart when my mom is begging not to die when she is shaking and they do nothing to help. I wouldn't take a dog there if he was dying. Update!! They refused to let me go back with my mom which had Dementia and couldn’t tell me what they had talked about. They forced us to which doctors and my mother died a year later I feel like they are responsible if we didn’t have to switch doctors because of the way they wanted to be.

Dr.Terry Burns is The Best! He doesn't run you in and out like Animals. He's down to earth people, and doesn't make you feel like he's any better than you are, he's a Dr. to listen and wants to hear what you have to say, and he will ask questions. Our Family has High Respects for him. He helped us by recommending us to other specialist we may want to see for other things. When you go back to see him, he always ask you "How did you like DR, ?". (The one he recommended). If you did. then good. If not, he will tell you how to find someone else, he will see if he can find some one else for you, depends on your situation. Because if you already know a Dr. for your situation, then Great, he'll send you tho that one. Dr. Burns, is Highly Respected By Our Family and Others. Definitely a People Person! We Put Our Lives in His Hands.
