Dr. Bertke was very thorough during my appointment. He explained everything and allowed me to ask whatever I needed to know. He is a very good listener and I really felt like he was concerned about me as an individual and let me know that he would do everything possible to insure a positive outcome for me.

Yes, definitely. He was so informative the very first time I saw him. I appreciate that he made me and my friend that with me so comfortable and we understood what he was saying, Great. Plus I called my son in California and Dr. Bertke took the time to explain everything to him also, so I got to hear what he said twice, which then I understood more. Thank You Dr. Bertke.
