My name is Tiara. I tried to schedule an appointment with Dr.McIntosh. Her staff was terrible. I informed them this would be my second vaginal birth after cesarean. I was told if a doctor is there that do not deliver VBAC when I go into labor, I’d have to have a C-section. I informed them I know my rights and will not be forced to have a c section unless it’s an emergency. I’d leave before being forced to do so. They didn’t like my response and refused to schedule me. I have heard a lot of good things about the doctor, but the office manager and staff shouldn’t be able to say they won’t schedule me because of this. Seeing as though the doctor do deliver VBACS it should’ve been a conversation between her and I.

Dr. Lisa McIntosh is just amazing! She’s personable and shows genuine interest in my health concerns, takes her time explaining things to me and I feel completely comfortable with her every time. Dr. Lisa and the Women’s Health Center of Clarksville delivers excellent care!

Dr Lisa McIntosh has taken care of me for many years. She listens to me. I feelLike if I ever needed her to be straight with me about a problem she would be. Her nurse and staff are helpful and pleasant. Her waiting room is comfortable and she has good magazines (😆) but I have need had to wait long for my appt.

I moved to Clarksville 28 weeks pregnant and no other office would take me bc i was "too far along". It was the most frustrating phone calls ever to make and hear "Sorry, we don't take anyone over 28 weeks." No one else would even review my medical records EXCEPT for this amazing office. They reviewed my records and continue to give the most exceptional customer service. Everyone from front desk to Sabyl (midwife) to Dr. McIntosh are just superb. I'm here for good!

I had my first visit with Dr. Lisa McIntosh and was extremely satisfied in my visit. The thing that stuck out to me at my visit was that Dr.Mcintosh was very patient and informative in answering all my questions and showed genuine care about my health and wellness. I will be recommending Women’s Health Center of Clarksville to my family & friends!

Today I was seen by the midwife, she was both polite and knowledgable. She answered my questions carefully and completely which put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend her to expecting mothers. I had a very pleasant visit. Thank you again!
