Have been there 3 times. In and out in 10 minutes. NPs` very nice.

I had told the dr I needed all my prescriptions refilled and even called you all that I needed my bp medication again refilled and you said you was going to call it in and still waiting no call back yesterday how are you supposed to take something you dont have

My mom was told she’d have to take certain medication for the rest of her life and it was being prescribed to her until they started changing rules and she got PA Alejandra Jimenez. This lady talks to my mother like she’s dumb and after medications. After my mom told her that the medicine wasn’t working the PA proceeded to ask if she needed refills on them.? She also refuses to give her the medicine that she was told she’d have to take for her depression saying that a psychiatrist has to give that to her even the the clinic gave it to her before. Can’t even get a new PA assigned. Looking to go somewhere else. Wouldn’t recommend.

Took my mom disabled who had a bladder infection to LC4free clinic and after filling out a book for her they give her an appointment 2 weeks later You will die first before seeing a doctor She got up and walked next door the ER Laurens county has always been a terrible place to go when sick and that’s one reason I’m glade I do not stay in that county anymore Take your chances and go to another county Spartanburg Greenwood or Greenville You will surely die in Laurens County

Low income really helps

Jennifer Patterson was the best provider. Since she left the practice another practitioner has replaced her who is rude wouldnt fill my script written by Ms. Patterson Iwaited too long to get the 2nd month filled due to finances and needed month 2 rewritten. This new practitioner wouldnt give me a lidocaine injection I needed for shoulder pain even though I received one by Ms. Patterson and the doctor there at LC4. She didnt even introduce herself nor smiled one time. She had terrible bedside manners. Ill be looking for another provider.

These folks dont care at all. Let a 70yr old just run out meds and all they can do is say Im sorry it will be a few days. Not professional at all. Not what I call Dr.s

Wish there was a way for me to give zero stars. My mom has been going to this place for a while now and until her visit on Monday she hasnt had any problems. Of course there was a new doctor she had to see Chris McCaslan PA. This man was very rude and disrespectful to my mother. He talked to her like she was a dog and treated her like she was a junkie trying to get pain meds. My mom is far from a junkie she just found out a couple months ago that she has nonalcoholic cirrhosis to the liver. She also has a lot of other health issues as well. WTBS my mom is now looking for a new family doctor she will not be going back to LC4 thats for sure.

I have been going here for 3 years and over the last 6 months it has gone downhill FAST I have seen 4 different PAs or doctors and EVERY month which means every single month I have to go through my ENTIRE medical history with them in a order to receive the care I need. I am treated like a junkie at every visit because I receive a low grade pain medicine that I cannot function without. The PA I was seeing for the first year and a half and I were working on a weight loss plan for me to be able to eliminate the 12 medications I am on daily just in order to stay alive. These new PAs and DRs do not even care about me or my health. Its a disgrace. This place should be shut down for the lack of medical treatment Please someone investigate this I could die because of their INCOMPETANCE SHUT IT DOWN

The doctors are incompetent I think LC4 finds these doctors on the unemployment line. The doctors are in and out of this place no doctor stays longer than a year the office staff are pleasant but the office is unorganized and poorly run...this is a clear example of why medicare for all is so popular among voters. Medicare for all will weed out the below average performing doctors and it will cause poorly run clinics to close because people will have choices to get care with the better doctors and more effectively run doctors offices because everyone will have the same insurance.LC4 is poor care for poor people Also a perfect example of poor leadership. Again the office staff overall are very pleasant powerless but pleasant.Im actually surprised this place manages to stay open.
