Had appointment waited weeks on its 3pm got there early! Told them I had a rental I had to have returned and my other daughter was getting off the bus at 4 ! She said they are fixing to call you 15 minutes went by they called back a work in instead !!! Right at 3 I ask if they’d be able to get us threw in time she said it’s probably be after 4 I rescheduled ! I had my other daughter appointment day after that tried to fix it for my daughter with a tooth ache to be seen then ? Nope they wanted to make sure to see them both that week ! Next day I didn’t get out of the doctor in time so I called said I’d bring my daughter to the next appointment she didn’t like it said it’ll be July ! So now I got a $25 bill for a missed appointment the harsh truth my daughter needs a filling that’s $290 I can’t afford already now I got another bill from someone that’s never even seen the problem let alone tried to fix it thanks

Worst place ever. They put on a show that makes me think of a “Dog and Pony Show”. Went for a cleaning and got a show. They gave me a tour. Lol. I just wanted my teeth cleaned. I had to schedule another appointment for a cleaning. They did not clean my teeth, in fact, I went to my Dr. for a yearly check up the next week and was asked if I see a dentist regularly because I have tarter build up.

UPDATE: I am now receiving bills for "unpaid services" that BOTH my insurance provider AND Masterpiece smiles for the same work. I just learned that this place charges three times the neighborhood dentist, so my benefits will not cover a third of the cost!Screw this place!2016: I started seeing a dentist almost too late into my teens. I guess I was lucky that my adult teeth didn't rot before I knew the importance of taking care of teeth & gums. I've had the same dentist for almost 20 years before moving away and finding this one.One of the new patient forms they gave me was "How comprehensive would you like your care". And out of the three choices, I had no idea what the standard was: besides getting my teeth cleaned, advice of additional care to take, and getting the next checkup. I felt like a customer more than a patient when I was suggested that an electric toothbrush does better than any old fashion one. I understand that automatic vibrations may do a slightly better job than by hand, but after 20 years of clean teeth, I think I'll stick to my $1 toothbrush.I did feel a bit off put when the receptionist said they took all forms of insurance, but claim everything as "out-of-network". I had to discuss this further with my dental benefits provider in order to understand the subtle difference in coverage. Every procedure has a price, and every benefit has a percentage. It is almost like taking a college course in "professional terminology 101"Most of the time I was there felt like the staff were trying too hard to please me. I never had television to watch in the waiting room or while I was getting my teeth cleaned.

Furthermore, although he may refer difficult root canals to an endodontist, he is certainly capable of performing them and he will stand behind his work. Once when the office was closed for Christmas, he came into the office to perform an emergency root canal on me without the benefit of an assistant.Lastly, I think it is important for patients to know that Dr. Beeler is not stuck in the [dental] past so he doesn’t necessarily cling to the original way he learned to do things. Rather, he continues to learn and evolve by staying current with science/scientific studies and educating himself on the latest procedures. He utilizes all the modern technology one would expect in a 21st century dental office.Dr. Beeler is a man of intellect, integrity and considerable charm. I highly recommend him and his entire staff for your dental needs.

I went to Dr. Beeler for years and my husband and I both had trouble with our crowns popping off. We finally realized that it wasn't anything we were doing and changed to a different dentist. The staff is great but sometimes you have to give up convenience for better results.

Dr Beeler is the best dentist I have ever been too.. His staff is also amazing. I have anxiety. They put me at ease. I highly recommend them . I had a root canal . I was amazed because in the past it was very painful. This time with Dr. Beeler I had no pain. I didn't even feel the shots. If you are looking for the best dentist and staff around , masterpiece smiles, should be your choice.

In 2004, my daughter had Dr. Beeler do bleaching trays for her, and it made such a difference in her smile, that I decided to have a consultation with Dr. Beeler about some cosmetic bonding on my front teeth, which were a bit crooked and not attractive. The result was completely transforming! The bonding held up beautifully, but in 2011 I wanted to have some touch-up’s done in a few areas, and some freshening. Although I had moved from the area to North Mississippi (400+ miles away), I felt like I didn’t want to trust the many cosmetic dentists with the slight repair to this bonding, so I made an appointment and drove the 6 hours to have Dr. Beeler (Dr. ‘Smile’ to me) to do the touch-up. Again, beautiful!!! Fast-forward to 2019, and I needed to have a few, almost microscopic, chips repaired, and still not willing to entrust my bonding to just anyone, I made the appointment, drove the 6+ hours and once again Dr. Beeler performed his magic. I think that the bonding process is not used as much anymore since implants and other products are more popular, but the dentists I have gone to both in Tennessee and Mississippi always comment on the beautiful bonding of my teeth, and they are invariably surprised that the teeth are bonded and have held up so well.I cannot recommend Dr. Beeler highly enough. And his staff is amazingly nice, helpful, and willing to do what it takes (even working through lunch) to get my appointment completed to my satisfaction.Thank you, Dr Beeler and staff~~~

Amazing staff, very professional and accommodating. I have been a patient of Dr. Beeler's for almost ten years. I would highly recommend him and his wonderful staff. I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist, but I truly do enjoy my visits to Materpiece Smiles.
