The med-tech was efficient and friendly. The nurse practiced was professional and he even told me of his work experiences at the place from which I just retired. He provided valuable information on the prescribed medicines and on nutritional supplements and their beneficial effects.

This place while convenient in location will waste your time, delay care/treatment and even turn you away. I've had several issues with billing/payments not being saved so it appears that I owe when I didn't. In june 2022 it took hours to get seen because they were trying to charge me again and wouldn't let me be seen. I showed them my online banking with the posted payment and a bill receipt I received in the mail. The front desk still refused to schedule me. The provider finally decided to see me & confirmed I had strep. A guy named Demetrius from their Dave Ward location called me days later to apologize & let me know that I in fact paid them. Fast foward to yesterday I went in for suspected strep/flu and had to wait an hour all because they failed to save a referral that I had provided them in July. I know they received it because they told me with the insurance I had I needed a referral to be seen & I was seen twice in July 2023. I noticed that the provider was the same one who I saw back in July for the same issue. I asked if their was any other provider as I didn't feel like his treatment was sufficient last time (I had strep for a month and was placed on 3 different antibiotics, one that made me vomit & a z pack which given my history of strep seemed like a poor treatment). I left after my pcp informed me I could see him. I returned to this clinic because my results from my pcp's office wouldn't be back until 24 hours and I work healthcare. I asked them for a flu and covid test to rule them both out so I could return to work. I informed them that my pcp had already given me a script for antibiotics. After about 10 minutes I was told that the provider Dustin wanted me to go to their other location on the other side of town. The front desk lady said she went to ask him about the situation with my experience prior and that was why he was sending me away. I felt that was completely unwarranted & not really her place. I even told her I didn't mind seeing him because I had already gotten my medication so I have no idea why she felt that was appropriate especially with them wasting my time earlier. So I had to drive to the other side of town for a simple covid & flu test. Will not be returning.
