Ask the receptionist in building 3 for a wheelchair to transport my elderly mother to building 1 for labs. I was told it would be easier for me to walk and get my truck, then assist my mom into it, drive two buildings down, assist her out of my truck then secure a wheelchair myself. Neither seemed very interested in moving one inch out of their chair to offer any assistance. There were no other patients present and both were on their phones! RIDICULOUS

Very NICE PLEASANT PEOPLE. BUT NO DISCUSSION OF CARE OR RESULTS. DRS CHART BUT DONT SEE YOU. Inpatient you have a tablet to access your care. That's the only way you know of test results. I already had info from mychart online from ER stay or would known those labs. Only explanation i got was what i interpreted. Assessments and charting done by two doctors that never saw me. Ordered strict I&O, that didn't happen. Zero offer or assistance with personal care or WATER. Sum up: RN Service Manager popped in to ask about my care. She showed me tablet and realized it wasn't up to date or clear and she left. If you don't know there is a problem then guess it don't exist. Nice cool room so go stay a while. They won't know your there.

The billing department constantly messes up. Sends bills off to collections thats have already been paid, will over charge and in some cases double charge you. The hospital part isn't any better.

This place needs to be sued by many. I can't be the only one they dismiss. Two time's now they have wasted my time and sent me bill's for nothing. The first time i was having an extreme allergic reaction to antibiotics and the doctor told me i had an std but refused to test me to make sure she was correct. Two weeks i couldn't use the bathroom nor eat due to the antibiotics eating me from the inside out. And just yesterday i was told I'm a druggy because i was having bad diarrhea and heart problems. Yet no drugs in my system. I originally went to the clinic and they sent me to the ER which i knew they werent going to take me serious. Sick people look bad. I didnt ask for any prescriptions i asked to ensure i didnt have a stomic or intestinal infection. Which i was told to see me doctor. They were more equipped to handle the situation than my doctors office whom inturn would of sent me to them anyway. Thank god i know herbal medicine or i would be dead. Or medical system needs an overhaul and the doctor's need to be reviewed weekly for the bad jobs they do.

I love the staff in the SSOU of Conway Regional Medical Center. They are very gentle and patient with putting in my IV. They just take very good care of me and make sure I'm very comfortable. It is so much appreciated.

This is the worse place ever! My aunt broke her hip and is in a lot of pain. Pain meds isn’t helping. Her surgery was supposed to be this morning, was canceled until this evening. No staff they said. This place is a joke!

I was in hospital for a heart Cath procedure went well had to have 2 stints put in the only problem I had was once sent to the 3 Rd floor to a room the night nursing staff (11 pm) did not continue with my care the IV fluids I was to complete were not completed an other than one time did I see the so called nurses on staff I myself was a nurse for 30 yrs I'm old now and retired never have I seen or experienced such neglect in nursing staff I truly hope you can review your staff and find better nurse's for the community I also hope that I do not go into kidney failure do to you staffing neglect and I don't have to take your hospital to court

Their labor and delivery is great, neurology is decent, but their emergency room is a joke. They are entirely rude and the nurses just do not care. Do not recommend their emergency room at all.

04/15/2023 Wow! We have never been treated so good at any hospital we've taken mom too! ER staff from check in to check out were superb on their care, experience, knowledge, kindness. Very impressed. Will definitely use them for medical services from now on, even if it is a little farther from other hospitals. Felt at peace the whole time. Always kept us informed.

They were amazing angels. "My mom was very cared for and about. ALL ER staff were absolutely wonderful with her ❤️ Big shout out to all the ER staff on duty on 4/15/23, especially Dr Gregory he was very through to her care. Will NEVER take her to anywhere else..
