Front office staff don’t provide a welcoming environment experience at all. I know you can’t completely judge by the secretary but I feel like you should feel comfortable where you are receiving care and they just always seem to be in a bad mood. Amber is who I saw when I went and I don’t feel like I was helped fully. She’s really nice but I am changing providers.

Will never go back to this office. They delayed my medical care , because they were understaffed. I asked to get the copy of my results to take to another doctor and they refused to give them to me. They told me it was in the policy they couldn’t give it to me before a doctor reviewed, but didn’t have anyone to do that until Friday. When I asked to see this policy the manager could not provide me with anything. This is poor medical care, a delay in getting answers to my health condition and unneeded stress!

I've been a patient at Tilley Family Medicine for nearly a decade. Nichole Paladino is THE BEST primary care professional I've had in my adult life. Staff is all very professional and I've never waited in the lobby more than 5 minutes and no more than 10 in the exam room.

It's hard to find a doctor who is cool. My husband and I are not from here and know nobody but he treated us like family day 1. Love the way he talks to his staff..very respectful ..
