List of David Littleton Baker Md's Reviews
He seems to not like women and is incredibly full of himself. And trust me, I've been to a MULTITUDE of great eye doctors and belie me, he's not fit to step into any of their shoes. He needs to retire. Period. Do yourself a habit gfa or & don't buy into thrthe hype that this gut is a great doc. He paid for all of the advertisements around town, and that'd that's about the greatest thing you'll heat about him - from his own mouth. He's a TERRIBLE doctor!
Felt like a cattle drive. Have a ton of tests done, no one tells you what they are and what they are for. Doctor comes in, very rudely takes two seconds to say "you're fine". No explanations of any of the tests results. On the way out, I ask for a copy of the test results (to take to another doctor) and I get a prescription for glasses that was never mentioned in the brief encounter with the doctor. Nothing was explained, no communication. Go in, get all the stuff done, pay me and good bye! And at a time of Covid, no sanitation of the rooms between patients! Just awful!!!
Dr. Baker is very good, thorough and professional. He is the best, very smart and skilled. I would highly recommend him.
He did surgery on my mothers eyes and he did an amazing job . We were very pleased. The staff was amazing as well!!!
....after waiting 1.5 hours for the appointment
He started with “I have explained this to you once.” Wow, I stopped him and cancelled my surgery. So glad this happened before surgery, I would not want to need postoperative help from this man.
Rude, curt, too busy to answer questions, very unprofessional. So glad I had this horrible experience PreOp. I can only imagine the difficulty someone with postoperative problems or questions might have. I called three times before getting anyone on the phone who would help answer some PreOp questions before my surgery the next morning. The sweet young lady who helped me suggested an afternoon appointment with Dr Baker to answer my questions. She made an appointment and I showed up early. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, he strode in, sat down and started in an angry voice “I have already explained this to you.” Wow, I stopped him and asked if I had done something to anger him. Hw states that he had a very busy afternoon schedule. Needless to say, I took no more of his time and cancelled my surgery for the next morning.
Racists
My daughter had terrible far vision for years. Dr. Baker performed surgery on her eyes and now she has better that 20/20 vision. I would not trust anyone with my daughter's eyes or my own eyes except Dr. Baker. He is board certified in Ophthalmology and Internal Medicine as well. He is a very smart doctor and cares about his patients.
Dr. Baker and his staff have been taking care of myself and my wife for at least 10 years. I have glaucoma and cataracts and my wife had cataracts. Between the two of us, we have experienced six surgeries, all successful. Cataracts are now history and after ten years of glaucoma, I can still see 20/20 with normal field of vision. One of the best things that my local Dr. did was to refer us to Dr. Baker.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
