I went to him for a while, said I had acid reflux. My Dentist had me go to a cancer doctor for a biopsy.Hes a Quack!! I had to go to UAMS Cancer doctor. I had 1/2" of my tongue cut off and 50 Lymph nodes cut out from the middle of my neck to my right ear . Please share these!! I hope he goes to h where he belongs. He was mean, asking COVID questions like I was at a SS office getting unapproved for benefits. I’m hear to get solutions not some paper check doc. He just sent me on to get ear plugs. But Tracy is wonderful, the best audiologist even though her picture is not listed under staff on their website, I like her, she explains things and I felt comfortable.

I received excellent care from Dr Stroud and from his audiologist. The staff was respectful and very helpful.

Dr. Stroud’s bedside manner is lacking to say the least. We waited in the waiting room for over an hour with my 2 week old and was told to not feed her so that we could see the effects of the lip tie procedure after completed. I finally gave up and fed my very hungry infant. He asked random personal questions that didn’t pertain to the procedure at all. He seemed rude and scatter brained. He even commented that my baby had “weird preemie hair”, whatever that means. He did explain the procedure to me, which I appreciated. He did a good job on the procedure which is why he gets 2 stars instead of 1. I was not impressed and would not be back if she needed another ENT visit.

This place is a scam. First, I waited over an hour for my appt. There is no urgency in keeping professionalism. I felt uncomfortable the entire visit and wasn't sure a proper diagnosis was made. Second, I received a bill in the mail but shouldn't have as my insurance pays for everything. Come to find out, the billing department never ran my referral and played it off as my pcp never sent it and lied about what actually happened. My pcp told me what happened and that they did their part on sending it the first time. After a two month process of going back and forth, my insurance wouldn't pay for it as this office never did their job. I am beyond unhappy with this place and do not recommend due to lack of professionalism and what seems like a scan. AVOID AT ALL COST!

First time ever seeing this doctor. What a blessing it was to be referred by my family doctor. Very friendly young ladies greet you and welcome you. Wait time was like 10 minutes at the most. Then 5 minutes in the room waiting on the doctor. Very smart doctor. One that takes his time to listen and very professional. I’m so blessed that I finally found an ENT that I know will take care of any needs that I may have in the future. Doctors like this are very hard to find these days! Gets straight to the point of what you’re having problems with. I been blessed with a wonderful caring family doctor, and now blessed again with an ENT doctor that knows his stuff. God is good!

Went to him several times and still have clogged sinus. Can't sleep and now having brain damage.

My daughter had her lip and tongue tie taken care of by Dr. Stroud. He not only explained the whole procedure but made me feel very at ease. You can tell her takes pride in what he does! Would highly recommend

Dr Stroud is a very knowledgeable and very kind Doctor that not only knows his field through and through but, cares about his patients! He is very thorough and takes the time to talk with you about everything. I recommend everyone with sinus issues or any ear, nose, or throat issues come see Dr Stroud, he is astounding!

Dr. Stroud is the best physician we have ever taken our little boy to see. Dr Stroud is very kind and very knowledgeable. His staff is wonderful. We have never had to wait for our appointments. Our family appreciates all of you so much.
