I had a 9:30 am appointment scheduled for 2 months. I drove an hour and a half in the rain and winter storm warnings to get there. On arrival, I learned that my appointment was cancelled. I was told repeatedly that they had tried to call me. I told them repeatedly that they had not. There was no record of a call on my phone, and I keep my phone with me at all times. She insisted I had a check by my name that I had been called. Basically, she called me a liar. She refused to let me see another doctor or nurse practitioner in the building. My only choice was to reschedule for next week and make the 3 hour round trip drive again. I walked out. I like Dr. Russell (the only reason for 2 stars instead of one), but I’m not going to tolerate the lack of consideration and respect from his staff.

So I'm a patient of Dr. Brian and saw him several times but if you have not been in to their office in 3 years they make you a new patient and its 3 months before they will see you. Also, unless you have medical insurance don't even bother. Cash is not accepted. It's all about the money. Snotty person that answers phone doesn't care.

Dr. Russell found and removed a melanoma from my back a few years ago. He continues to be very through examining me at 6 month follow up visits. He is appreciated!

Unknowing of the affects, I used a prescribed topical, bleaching cream & acne wash together and it caused an allergic reaction that burned over 50% of my face. Dr. Brian was able to get me in for an office visit within 1 business day. This was very impressive being he is ALWAYS booked. He prescribed Aczone and after using it for almost three months, my face is almost clear. He is such a GREAT dermatologist! I would recommend him to anyone...anywhere!
