Jeff Marotte's Online Review Report Card

Went to Dr Marotte for ED consultation and advice. He didn't have much interest in addressing my ED issue and remarked that "You are 78 you know" From that point he setup a test for bladder function and told me he would discuss the results and options with me for me to decide. I was never talked to about the results but was told by the receptionist that Dr had scheduled me for surgery in a week. When I questioned what and why I was simply ignored and never heard from them again. Seems like they run a test and surgery mill. No interest or followup with the purpose of my visit.

I had a kidney stone removed. This doctor was very kind and considerate. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr.Marotte performed multiple procedures on my husband, Darrell due to both kidneys being full of stones. He is very professional, highly skilled, excellent listener and shows much empathy towards his patients and spouses too. He spends adequate time in the office, explaining procedures and answering any and all questions. As a nurse, who has worked with 5 different urologists in a hospital setting, in another city...Dr. Marotte is most definitely the Best! His office staff, especially Stephanie(Dr.M's nurse) and her assistant Lisa have been wonderful also!

Saw Dr Marotte recently for another check up and he is still hitting on all eight. Highly recommend, see no one else.I also see by the reviews that Dr Marotte and his clinic are unfairly represented by folks who don’t want to PAY for their medical services, hey folks everything worth buying comes with a cost, you have your whole life to save for emergencies and your health is your number one asset.This clinic is trying to do the right thing by accepting Medicaid and you see how these people act because they feel entitled to free everything.This clinic should stop taking Medicaid and then the working people wouldn’t have to wait so long for our appointment.

Very rude receptionist....carrying on several conversations while trying to speak with me. Yelled in my ear at least 3 times and scheduled me as a new patient when I was told to come back if/ when I had an issue, just so they can charge more I believe. Tried 3 times in one week to cancel the appointment when I discovered my hours at work had changed, then get a text confirmation of the appointment the Friday before and text back to cancel...received text back as a failure to be received from them. Have been calling, trying to speak to someone or leave a voicemail to cancel appointment with no progress...I believe I will be looking for another doctor. I do not know what happened with his office, but 4 years ago I was so impressed with this facility, and now it is not as good. Staff on the phone are horrendous!I am coming back to update my earlier review. Someone must have been having a hard day. I am still at this doctor's office and I have been treated wonderfully! All I can say is WOW! way to correct an issue when brought to the attention of a facility!! Polite, respectful and wonderful care received upon my next call/appointment. I even had to have a procedure done and chose Dr. Marotte again as my surgeon. I will not be changing and have never been treated with more care and respect. Way to step up and correct a " first impression " issue.5♡♡♡♡♡☆☆☆☆☆

Dr. Marotte was nothing but professional during my initial consult and the actual procedure. He explained everything well and listened to any questions or concerns I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Marotte saved my life. He's a skillful surgeon, on-the-mark diagnostician, and he has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend him.

On our 1st visit Dr. Marotte identified the issue my husband was having and performed a VERY successful surgery a few weeks later. I say "VERY" because we produced 2 children within 2.5 years. We are beyond pleased with his warm bedside manner and amazing surgical skills.

all they want is money!! don’t recommend going here at all!! were literally in debt because of them asking for a “co pay”. this place again just wants to scam you and take your money.
