Dr. Jacob has been my Dr. since 2016. He has been very supportive, and always explains everything very clearly.

Dr. Jacob is one of the few physicians in the area that sees all of his patients personally, without the assistance of an APRN. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of his field and takes careful consideration in the treatment and care of all of his patients. He specifically and carefully develops a treatment plan for each patient, individually, based on their presentation of symptoms. Dr. Jacob genuinely cares about his patients and their well being and health. I witnessed this personally after he treated my husband. He listened to his complaints carefully and devised a plan to treat him appropriately. My husband was very pleased with the care he received. Dr. Jacob has all of his patients return to the office after their procedures to discuss with them personally, the results. It is his intention to make certain the patient understands the results of their tests. He is always available to answer questions. The office atmosphere is always professional, but fun. The people that work there are a definite plus to the practice. I would highly recommend Dr. Jacob to anyone experiencing GI issues.

Dr Jacob is a wonderful doctor. My husband and I both are patients of his. He listens to us and our concerns and gives positive feedback. He will not rush or push you into a procedure if he doesn’t think you need it. He’s very patient and kind. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacob’s for around 10 years and I am very pleased with his care. I have ulcerative colitis and was very displeased with my previous Dr. for several reasons. Anyhow, when I switched to Dr Jacob’s care I was very ill. My colitis was very active and uncontrolled and it seemed that if I kept going the way I was going I would end up like my aunt and grandfather (both had their colons removed due to ulcerative colitis). Dr. Jacob’s was very methodical and always had a plan in place if I failed a medicine. Which is good because I failed 2 of them! Finally we found a medicine that worked (remicade) and 8 years later I am still in remission! I have avoided surgery and I don’t think that would be the case if I would have stayed with the other doctor. I have sent both my wife and brother to see him when they had issues. I highly recommend!!!

He was very rude to my wife spoke to me first and acted like she wasn’t there tell I directed the conversation to her and got so mad at something my wife and I both agreed on that he stormed out the room and said “ that is all for to day “ well never go back there. He didn’t even refill her prescription
