The wait time was a bit longer than I would have liked, but in all fairness, I have waited longer for other appointments. Everyone there was professional and nice. It is a very busy office. I was impressed with how smoothly things seemed to run while I was there. Everything was clean. Dr. Charton explained my procedure and asked me if I had any other questions. During my procedure, he asked several times if I was doing alright. I had a positive experience.
