Keith Schluterman's Online Review Report Card

It has been several years since I've seen Dr schluterman. It was so memorable that every time I start having issues again I think I need to go see someone, remember Dr Schluterman and dread the thought of possibly experiencing another Dr like this. I had sudden onset severe chronic migraine w aura. My dr referred me to dr schluterman. I trusted my dr and I have an idea that dr schluterman is only abusive to people he deems as small and insignificant because he is recommended by trusted drs and not everyone has a bad experience but God help you if you do. After a short discussion about symptoms he vehemently ask so why are you here in the most disgusted tone. I said I'm not a Dr I don't know my dr referred me because of the migraines. He told me I was likely wasting his time if I wasn't exhibiting signs of tumors or any other illness and he didn't know what I wanted him to do about migraines. He was so rude to the point I started crying because I was already confused and terrified about what was happening then he said he could run some tests and pointed out my sudden high cholesterol that was no help and made me feel worse as I had been working out 5days a week and it wasn't helping anything. If I had it to do over again I would never have gone back and just went somewhere else. Every test was a new nightmare with him. The EEG I over heard him with the other dr talking about his "neurotic" patient. During the nerve conduction test he bragged about is vacations and talked about his residency the whole time. I got no answers or understanding about my migraines and was told to take vitamins and supplements. I could've gotten that level of care from a naturopath without the abuse and condescension.

-5 stars. I read the reviews prior to seeing Dr. Schluterman but he came highly recommended by a person I trust so I decided to see for myself. On my third visit I experienced gaslighting, lack of empathy, a condescending and arrogant tone. Looking back on the reviews here, this has been a long standing pattern of behavior which is abusive and has remained without accountability. Abuse has cycles some of which include a "honeymoon phase" so it is understandable that there are people who experience the "good side". This behavior will never change unless patients and staff speak up to someone who is listening and can implement consequences. Now is the time for Conway Regional to support their Mission statement which says: "Our mission at Conway Regional Health System is to be accountable to the community to provide high-quality, compassionate health care services." How then does this man still feel free to talk to his patients in this way? I have submitted a complaint with the Arkansas Medical Board and Conway Regional Hospital. Please take heed to these negative reviews, especially those that have a similar thred. It's not worth putting yourself in harms way and risking supporting this type of behavior.

Practices medical gaslighting. He has an ENORMOUS EGO. He is ARROGANT He does not LISTEN. Devoid of both kindness.and authenticity. 😣

He is the most caring doctor I’ve ever had, I’ve been seeing him since 2016 and he hasn’t given up on my case yet!

I was referred to Dr. Schluterman, he requested lab work of which I had done and never heard back on the results. I call five different times and left messages requesting someone to get back with me on the results and with the exception of the second call no one would return my call. On the second call I was told by his nurse they never got the results from the lab. I called the lab and the said they sent them and it showed it went through, The nurse at the lab resent then while talking to me and said it went through. On the third call I left a message to see if they got them after being resent but no one returned my call. I called two more times and left a message for the results but still no call. I assume they got the results faxed to them but they apparently don't care even though I'm the one paying for the lab work. I wouldn't recommend anyone wasting their time going to this office.

If you're a smoker or even trying to quit. Don't go here. Never saw a Neuro, just an APN. Called me through front door, rushed me out the back door. Was never asked about symptoms. As I said, if you're a smoker you don't matter. FACT

He truly cares about his patients. Any problems he wants to resolve them. I am so thankful for him!

This doctor is actually like able! He is pleasant and explains things well.

Dr Schluterman was the best ! Very thorough exam and found the source of my pain . I moved out of state and I just hope that I can find another doctor as good as dr Schluterman!
