I went in very sick with a kidney infection. They got me in quick and everybody was so nice and helpful. I don't leave reviews a lot but I had a great experience even though I was really sick. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Went here Wednesday afternoon for severe kidney pain. I usually go to primecare but they stopped taking my insurance. The front desk girl was very nice and helpful and I got In really fast which is why they get 3 stars. My only complaint was that the provider I saw acted as if my symptoms were made up. He kept asking me "do you know what symptoms are to a UTI or kidney infection" before he would even read my urine results. Then he told me my urine was fine but that he'd send me a antibiotic if I wanted one. I ended up leaving with no real answers. Just to end up in the ER that night with worse pain and they tested my urine and blood there and I had a severe kidney infection. All of my levels on each were awful and that was only a few hours later. I probably will not go back here again.

Open 8-8 y'all said? Bull. I got there after checking all available online sources, and y'all are closed. If you're going to close early, put it somewhere that people can see. I traveled over an hour to get here, this is the only place I know takes my insurance. Now I think my only option is to go to an ER, which I don't have the money for, or go home and suffer.

Everyone here was so kind to me on what was a horrible day. From the checkin staff, to the nurses, to the Dr, everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and do as much for me as they could. I will most certainly use this location again and will recommend it to family and friends.
