The people in the Conway office are fantastic! I’ve been going to PTCOA for about 13 years for help with chronic pain. Unfortunately mine is chronic & won’t go away but PTCOA treatments have helped some better than others but it’s working.

Pain Treatment Centers of America and Dr. Ramsay are wonderful they seem to really care about me as a patient. They take the time to answer questions or concerns you have about your treatment plans I truly dont think I could have found a better doctor or nurses than I have with PTCOA I dont want to forget about the staff in the front office they are always very professional and courteous.
