The receptionist was great!! His nurse was nice! Dr. Fraley must've been having a bad start to his day. He was not nice, actually rude. Treated as if I was a big waste of his time. I will NOT use him again. He should realize without his patience, he wouldn't have a job. Good luck.

Dr. Farley is very professional, thorough, sensitive and nice. He listened to everything I had to say and didn’t try to rush me in and out of his office like most doctors do. His staff were friendly as well. I have absolute confidence in him and will suggest him to everyone I know. I can’t say that I’ve ever been as pleased with a doctor as I was with him. Thank you Dr. Farley. You have set the bar high and have attributes that every patient is looking for!

I was seeing another ENT when he found a tumor on my thyroid, he sent me to Dr. Fraley. Dr. Fraley did an amazing and thorough job of diagnosis and treatment. My surgery was done with no complications whatsoever and follow up has been perfect. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Dr. Fraley is just excellent. I've only seen him once, but he is super attentive. He doesn't mind questions, and he even went out of his way to answer mine.

While the physicians are well qualified and patient-oriented, the office staff here were barely professional and minimally helpful.

I don't know who would not give 5 stars. I had horrible dizziness problems and no one could help or figure it out. I went to Dr. Fraley and figured it out first appointment! I was so relieved to get on medication to stop the dizziness. He is very smart and is up to date. Would highly recommend to anyone. Never have a problem getting ex filled or anything. Been going to Him for several years.

This doc is one of a kind. Extremely professional combined with a caring bedside manner. That combination is hard to find. Office staff is excellent as well. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. The in house audiologist (hearing aid specialist) was like no one I've ever met. Let me try hearing aids but didn't pressure my to buy any. Will recommend Kathleen as well.
