We were seeing a different ENT in town for my youngest daughter after getting tired of the bedside manner, long office visits and hard to reach nurse we switched to Dr Marrero. It was a 45 minute drive for us but well worth it. The entire office staff was kind, he had wonderful bedside manner, they were able to schedule a surgery for my daughter very quickly. After the surgery, he called to check on her. I know they are little things, but it all adds up. I definitely recommend him & his clinic to anyone needing an ENT!!

Dr. Marrero did my 10 Month old daughters ear tube surgery, and was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. Not only did he sit and explain everything, answer any questions or concerns, never rushed us, but also kept us updated the entire time she was back in surgery with him. I never once felt worried, or had any anxiety. I knew my baby girl was in the best hands, which is such a relief. I highly, highly, recommend Dr. Marrero and his team, you will not be disappointed!

This Dr is extremely kind, patient, polite and thorough. Add to that… he is a very good ENT Dr plus he is head of the Sleep Study clinic in Conway and excels in that work. He has provided excellent care with follow-up and when there was a question, he called personally to answer it. As many know, this is rare these days. I would highly recommend this dr. He is one of the few drs left who shows he cares about his patients by both his words and actions!

Dr. Marrero performed my tonsillectomy. His knowledge and personableness shown during appointments before and after my procedure really impressed me. The nurses and office staff are pleasant, too.

I was referred to Dr. Marrero for nasal breathing issues. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and he diagnosed my problem on the first visit while explaining the options for medications or surgical solutions. After I tried the medication for a period, we opted for the surgical route. I was able to schedule my surgery within two weeks and everything went great during the procedure. I had two post op appointments where Dr. Marrero checked everything out and answered all questions I had about what to expect in the healing process. I am now two weeks after surgery and able to breathe through my nose better than I can ever remember.

Although he claims to be familiar with Meniere’s Disorder, his knowledge is sketchy and lacks current information. He stated that Meniere’s was not a possible diagnosis in 2004 ( when I was diagnosed) in spite of it being known since the 1880’s. He also stated that balance issues and barometric pressure have zero to do with this condition

Dr marrero was very nice and understanding about my diagnosis and didn’t wait to schedule my balloon sinus surgery he was quick and efficient and explained everything to me before he proceeded. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone.

If you want to be mocked, judged and talked to condescendingly then he is the doctor for you! I prefer to be treated with respect and empathy. Worst bedside manner ever. Then, to top it off an office person that made us feel we were truly inconveniencing her upon checking out. Absolutely no professionalism to be found. Oh, and their tables break and are a danger to the patients. Scary!! Thankfully the piece of metal that flew off the table as it was lowering didn’t impale my leg or anything. Honestly left shocked and amazed the place is still in business. 🤦‍♀️
