Randal Bowlin's Online Review Report Card

I love Doctor Randy Bowlin he's the best.

I'm here for a Covid test. My appointment was an hour ago. I was on time, and I've already paid, but I'm still sitting here waiting for someone to come out and test me. You have to come around the back and wait in your car when here for Covid. We've watched people who haven't seen a doctor or nurse drive off apparently because of the wait. That's Covid cases driving off with no confirmation or medication. We have lives and work and errands to run. If we were this late, we'd be penalized. They need to do a better job of scheduling. This is pathetic. It took my mom 45 minutes here and my dad an hour. Are they just over-scheduling? What is the cause of this? I shouldn't be at a clinic like this thinking, "I should have gone to urgent care." My husband and I both had appointments set over one hour ago. They came out to test me a couple minutes ago and were literally surprised that he was even here. They had forgotten him. They had to run back in and get his test! Like I said, this is after we'd already paid both copays. We are shocked and very stressed about the timing. We need to get back to so many scheduled things. Don't schedule people until you can see them. Seems pretty basic.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bowlin for most of my adult life. He takes the time to listen, and doesn't rush through appointments. He truly cares for his patients.

Thoughtful, caring, smart, funny, sensible, everything you would want in a doctor. He listens to you. He runs tests,. He tries. 10/10 would recommend.

Knowledgeable, listens, explains throughly. You are not rushed through your visit.

Dr. Bowlin is a wonderful doctor. He’s not stuffy; he’s very personable and takes time to answer questions.

Dr. Bowlin has been my doctor since 2007. Has a great bedside manner and explains things to my understanding. Very professional and takes my aches and pains seriously. Call early and more times than not you can be seen the same day.

I have seen Dr. Bowlin for as long as I can remember and would not even consider seeing another doctor! I have always felt like he truly cares about my well being. He is a top notch doctor that goes above and beyond for his patients. I can't say enough about him!

I cannot imagine anyone giving this clinic a bad report. I've never been greeted with anything other than a smile and being called by name. Business as usual - yes, but I do feel I am cared for by the staff who gets me in to see Dr. Bowlin as soon as they can. Libby is such a joy if I never saw anyone past her, I'd feel better for we laugh together and I feel also she knows me personality and accepts me for who I am. Dr. Bowlin has been thorough, kind, helpful and always sees to my needs and immediate complaints. I feel safe in his care. Safe that he has an eye on any changes which may be taking place in my aging body. My prayer is "Lord please allow me to continue to feel well enough I can drive the distance for my monthly appointments." Not everyone cares about the Elderly. Especially if you are a new patient. So...I also pray I don't have to change physicians either.
