Ron White's Online Review Report Card

My visit with Dr White was excellent. He discussed my upcoming colonoscopy in detail and helped me feel at ease regarding the prep and what to expect. The actual colonoscopy went well and there were no complications. This was my second colonoscopy by Dr. White and I highly recommend him. In fact he is my family's gastroenterologist and he has taken care of my wife, father, mother, father in law, and mother in law.

The office staff is a absolute spiteful clown show ! Tried to this Dr. twice and had to leave after a hour and half wait because I had other app. The snotty staff set up a new appointment and went in today, the exact date and time they set up, and they told me I had no appointment scheduled. So they are liars AND set up a bogus appointment to waste my time. The doctor seems to be good with this behavior because many people complain about his staff and he does nothing. EWonder how much covid money his buisness has gotten while wasting peoples time that had to work for theirs and taking that money out of their pockets because they miss work waiting on this crack pot ????? Needs investigating for sure.

Worst doctor's visit I ever had and I've had plenty. He would not let me finish a single sentence I tried to say. He spent more time telling me about the work he did for Shering Pharmaceuticals than answering the questions about my medical issues. I honestly believe he is in the early stages of dementia and should hang up his coat before he really hurts someone.

I stopped by my GI doctor's office to make an appointment this morning because of some extensive GI pain. The receptionist was very curt, cold, and outright RUDE. As I hadn't needed to see Dr. White for some years and was now having GI problems again, the receptionist said I should see whoever I'd been seeing all these years! Ridiculous, I hadn't seen anyone else because I didn't need to and she acted like I was some kind of traitor-it was weird being treated like that. I broke down and cried from the frustration of it all and her rudeness and she just stared at me with a blank look on her face. She let me know she could care less that I was in pain. I am lucky to have found a great GI doc in LR whose staff were kind and caring and got me in tomorrow. I liked Dr. White and cannot understand the blatant ugliness of his staff person that I encountered.

His office is dirty, old and unappealing.He has to much furniture in his office..so you can't get around in it very well. His handicapped ramp is in the back of the building...ramp covered with cleaning tools...it did not look safe. Also almost impossible to navigate through all the rooms to get to the office. His restroom is NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE! For goodness sakes it's a doctors office..people in wheelchairs should be able to use the restroom like everyone else! I had to leave his office and drive down the street to find a restroom to use!! I won't go back!
