The staff is very kind and helpful! Amazing doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses! I've had an amazing experience here! Dr. Tsuda is the kindest doctor I've ever had. Competent, caring MD who listens to her patients. Her compassion is well beyond amazing. Dr. Tsuda understands and clearly explains all of the state-of-the-art treatments and options. She also understands the importance of patient/family collaboration as integral to the plan of care. Her staff are outstanding as well, working hard on our behalf. Every person on her staff is doing all that is possible to aid our recovery and improve our quality of life. We are truly blessed in this community to have Dr. Tsuda and her nurses/staff. We are especially grateful to her. She (and her staff) is a one-of-a-kind gem among medical professionals.

Most knowledgeable hematologist and caring doctor, person, and all around amazing doctor and staff in the entire state. I cannot recommenced enough. No horrible wait times and extremely compassionate, knowledgeable, caring, and will answer all questions and never make you feel rushed. Amazing staff as well. Highly recommended.

Dr. Tsuda genuinely cares about her patients. Compared to other doctors who rush and only talk to you for 5 minutes at each appointment, Dr. Tsuda spends a long time thoroughly answering every question you have. Not only is she compassionate, but she will fight hard for her patients. The nurses are friendly and attentive to patients’ needs, and the office is clean and well furnished and decorated. She’s been in Conway for more than 20 years, and I am happy and appreciative to have such a high quality doctor like Dr. Tsuda in our community.

I love Dr. TsudaShe fights for her patients with the insurance companies, when some suit who doesn't even see or know what a cancer patient is going through. I trust Dr. Tsuda 100%. Been the Carti Route. For me big let down. I may die in Dr Tsuda's, but it was Carti who never did a PET Scan to see the cancer spreading all over. Dr. Tsuda is who cared enough to look. ?
