Both my kids go to TLC! We love Dr.Champlin and his staff! They are all very kind and helpful. His nurses are great about answering questions over the phone and helping determine if a visit is needed. Highly recommend!

My daughter in law has been usIng this office for 9 years, since her oldest was born. After working many hours and finally getting a day off, for the 2nd time in those 9 years she missed an appointment and when she realized it she called the doctor’s office and was told the kids were being dropped. Whoever is running the front was very rude and refused to let her speak to the doctor, telling my daughter in law she was given the authority to speak on behalf of the doctor and make decisions for him and his office. Her and my son have 4 kids that go to his office. All 4 kids were dropped. Its one thing when a doctor doesn't have a good bedside manner as Dr Champlain does not. But to allow 4 young patients to be dropped like they were a nobody is uncalled for and not good for business. Then my daughter in law was told she could write a letter to Dr Champlain explaining why she missed the appointment and he would consider keeping their kids as patients. I hope many people see this review and take their kids elsewhere!!
