I saw him a couple of times in 2019 when I had a minor stroke and was admitted to the hospital in Conway for two nights. I give him 5 stars because he is the ONLY doctor that ever gave me dietary and health recommendations. His advice consisted of “avoid sugar” and he was miffed when he saw apple juice in my lunch tray. Probably had a word with the nurses. His other advice was “keep exercising.” Just those two bits of advice would help the majority of overweight sickly patients I see in doctor’s offices.

The guy is condescending and wayyy off on diagnosing properly! Kept telling me I had migraine issues from my spine???? Ha,I got properly diagnosed at a reputable medical facility OUT AWAY FROM CONWAY! Lucky me... turned out to be cancer! (Sarcasm) ! I highly suggest not dealing with Conway with medical issues,go to Little Rock or out of state!

i love dr. freyalenhoven he has found my medical problem and put me on a medication that has helped so much but his staff is lacking. ialways know when i call i will not be able to talk to his nurse and if you leave a message she will not respond. today i called and left a message for her and it is time for them to close and i haven't heard from her. they are off on friday so it will be monday and i will have to call again i probably will not get to talk to her then. a doctors staff can make or break a physician. i hope his staff realizes what a good doctor he is but they are bring him down . when i gave 5 stars it is for the doctor only his staff would get 1 star

Had a test done and it has been seven weeks and still no report issued, totally unacceptable!

He tested my husband for his memory problems and we were with him for an hour with him doing memory tests for a short part of that time and the rest of the time he told my husband about how important how unhealthy he was as a diabetic and that he needed to get his metabolism heathy. He talks very fast and Is a bit condescending. We asked for a referral to UAMS and have yet to hear back from him. We did not get the answer to the problem my husband is having.

Every visit he listens and ask the appropriate questions to solve any new issues that arrive. Great doctor. Will continue driving for his care.

Extremely long wait time getting an appointment. He isn't very thorough. Myself and all that i know that have seen him get prescribed the same medication. We all went for different reasons and he put all of us on Topomax. Not good at follow up care either. Not very knowledgeable. Bed side manner is lacking.
