Tyrone Lee's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been taking a friend to see Dr. Lee for the last five months for treatment at his office! This Dr. Lee and his staff is very disorganized on patients having to wait long times in his office while the Doctor is out supposedly in emergency surgery, or his staff has over booked to many patients at one time! Dr. Lee needs to have his staff to call the patients when he is not going to make it to the appointments on time! Waiting over a hour and half before the Doctor shows up in the office is Very unprofessional in how they do business!!

I don't care for him at all he has a big head thinking he is the only doctor around!!!!! I don't want to say anymore because God doesn't like ugly and we all are his children. I have a doctor i'm really pleased with him and i think God for him ❤.

I entered the hospital barely able to breathe. Dr. Lee saved my life. He was very attentive, great bedside manner, very willing to keep family updated, kept in touch after I was able to get discharged. I highly recommend this physician.

First I want to start off that my visit with Dr Lee was amazing. He was was great. The problem came 3 months later when I get a bill for $120 for some sort of download that no one told be about. So go up there to work it out and ask questions and the Office Manager who is the most rudest person I have encountered talks down to me in front of the other customers. Then the wife comes out and isn’t hearing what I am trying to explain to her about the download that I didn’t ask for them to connect to my machine or was it explained to me. You can’t have bills showing up 3 months later for services you did not request. I would not recommend going to this facility. I feel bad for a good Dr to lose patients because his office staff.

Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and friendly! He always takes care of my family and does a great job! We called him for a consult and he made it to the hospital within 30 minutes or less! He has followed several family members and has always went above and beyond to care for them! I highly recommend Dr. Lee’s expertise!

Very happy with my service!!! The new receptionist Lacie was so nice and very professional. Dr. Lee's is thorough and answered all my questions. I would recommend giving them a try, you wont be disappointed!

My Dad has been going to Dr. Lee and this clinic for approximately 15 plus years and Dr. Lee has always been GREAT! Dr. Lee is very professional and easy to talk to---he makes you feel comfortable and treats you like you're apart of his family. The staff (primarily) Lacie has always been courteous, friendly, professional and eager to help when you arrive at the clinic...which makes your Dr.'s visit very pleasant. I definitely recommend Dr. Lee and Conway Pulmonology Clinic!

The receptionists was unprofessional; addressed a newly referred patient as ["ya'll" may not show up] therefore, lacks communication skills! I have no desire to be seen at this clinic and will encourage others not to waste your time at Conway Pulmonary Clinic. The representation of any business starts with the receptionist, greeter, or representative of the company!!
