I worked here for a few weeks. My first week the front desk repeatedly made racial comments. Very Very BAD people!! My second week another employee stole all my medications from my bag. The most unprofessional place I have ever worked. The employees hygiene was terrible, Most leaving tooth brushes in the bathrooms so they could brush when arriving to work. Nasty Offices! STAY AWAY!!

Dr. F is a GREAT Foot and Ankle EXPERT! I highly recommend him!

My Mom has malignant Poly Cythemia Vera. Dr. Ferdowsian miraculously healed her extremely painful toenails beautifully. Later he saved her necrotic toes from amputation. He and his medical staff are true healers. He is the most excellent doctor ever in my mom's experiences with him.

Incredibly unprofessional!! Never got test results for my feet. Never had the lab call me regarding medication. I tried to find out and rhe staff immediately got very rude with me. I have never in my entire life in dealing with medical professionals, have I been treated in such a derelict manner. This all started when without informing me, they passed me off to a Doctor that I had never met. That has never happened to me. Beware

Very very disappointed in seeing that the office in Benton does not follow even the basics of keeping staff and patients safe from Covid-19 exposure. None of the staff wear masks (until an issue was made by me when they came in to cut my toenails) stating "it is not mandatory". The staff at the front desk wear no masks and there is no plexiglass window. There was a thermometer at the front desk in a basket and was not used on any of the patients that came iinto the office. I asked if it was "broken" and staff stated, 'no', it is "not mandatory. " No one asked any of the patients if they were recently exposed to Covid-19. I had assumed this was a MEDICAL FACILITY and would have at least followed the basic guidelines as every other medical facility I have gone to. (yes, NOT MANDATORY, but I would expect at least the "basics"...ie, masks...be used for benefit of staff AND patients). The nail salon and hair salon to go the full 10 yards...even if not "mandatory"!! Shame on you...

I tried to make a appointment and the receptionist was questioning why I wouldn’t go to the Russellville clinic since I lived in Pottsville. Why should it matter where I live if I want to the dr in another city? She cost him a patient by questioning me and being rude instead of just scheduling me a appointment. I have the worst luck in trying to find a dr bc of the receptionists.

Straight-forward doctor with great bedside manner! Explains everything in a way that I can understand. I have been seeing Dr. Ferdowsian for years and would highly recommend going here if you have foot problems.

Very clean building, friendly staff, Dr. was amazing. did a great job of explaining things to both me and my children. i will definitely be returning.

Dr. Ferdowsian is a wonderful, caring Dr. he really takes time and makes sure you understand . Wonderful bedside manner. Fast appointments and will fit you in at last min anytime needed . Very caring . Couldn’t be happier !

I have been to 3 different podiatrists in the last year. One did a surgery (incorrectly), and Dr. Ferdowsian identified it IMMEDIATELY. He took so much time with me explaining everything I could ever want to know about my condition and procedures. He helped identify scheduling for an upcoming procedure that worked for me, my family, and my job before ever considering what worked best for him/his clinic. He truly prioritizes the patient first, and it is evident in meeting him! Absolutely stellar bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable immediately.
