William Freeman's Online Review Report Card

I just moved to Arkansas and need a doctor to refill my medicine soon. I never actually met with the doctor. However, the receptionist was very impatient, cut me off while I was talking, and I had to really dig to get a direct answer. The doctor has to reach out to you to schedule an appointment, and the receptionist told me that they wouldn't even call me back for at least a week. Not very good service for a person who needs to meet with a doctor quickly.

My 102 year old Mom goes there, snd she is always treated with respect and professionalism!! Love them!

CLOT SHOT PUSHERS! RUN!!!!! It's truly sad that a person without a medical degree, knows more than one who does. Hence, the case for Dr. Freeman (Alex). Fairly new patient speaking here due to long-term physician retiring. And, unfortunately for me, I really should have done more homework on this guy and this clinic. If you want a clue on how this doc and the others within his office think, go to their webpage and then read their statement on covid. Pathetic! People are being maimed and killed by the clot shot, but this clinic is URGING VACCINATIONS! When all is said and done, and the truth about these vaccines come to full light, these physicians who took an oath to care for their patients, may just be in for some liability on their part in promoting them. Such a shame this physician is pushing this agenda, when he should have learned about NATURAL IMMUNITY in medical school. Be a physician! Do your job and stop advising your patients to get a DNA altering shot over a 99.7% life expectancy virus!

Spouse and I went to Dr Freeman as new patients for our annual physical wellness exams. The nurse brought us into the same room together. We just sat there and answered her questions. We then had blood drawn for lab work. There was no exams and no appearance was made Dr. Freeman. Nurse told us that the doctor wouldn't see us for any other exams that day. If the lab work required a future consultation then we would be notified. We received an email a week later saying that our lab results were posted on the portal. ????? we will never return there again.

I went there for my GC medicals here. Hassle free appointment process and they check everything before appointment itself. Once at office their process is highly professional and people were courteous and will listen to your concerns and redo the paperwork in case of any mistakes. The rooms are clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs care.

Highly skilled, professional, and courteous treatment from the front desk to the exam room. It feels like hometown care with Silicon Valley technology. I highly recommend and appreciate Freeman Family Medicine.

Dr. Freeman has gone above and beyond to ensure my health problems are either cured or kept under control. He does not rush through the appointment, he takes his time and makes sure to answer all of my questions. His staff is also absolutely amazing, and his phlebotomist is one of the best!

Thank you Dr Freeman for watching my blood pressure and keeping a close eye on it. I highly recommend Dr Alex Freeman he sent me for a ct Scan and caught an aneurysm on my kidney. Thank you and God bless your whole office y’all are wonderful
