Dr. Phillips is always on time so you better be on time as well. She spends an average of 45 minutes at each appointment. She speaks excellent English, slowly, and clearly, making sure you completely understand your consultation. She listens to you and will ask if you have any questions or understand what she says. She doesn't rush you. She provides a printout record of your visit along with any followup instructions.
I went by ambulance to sale hospital, following a stroke. I saw dr. Phillips first, then another dr.,who's name I do not recall. 4 years later I read in my chart dr. Phillips wrote ,that the patient fell asleep on that side, so her arm went numb.she forgot I said I couldn't speak at that time. Luckily for me it was a Tia & another dr. Took care of me. It was a holiday &I'm sure she had other plans.
Very compassionate, patient, thorough. Spent a lot of time listening and teaching. Great doctor.
Excellent physician. Compassionate and very thorough. Really like to teach her patients about how to be healthy.
Excellent family physician. She listens to patients and does a thorough history before the physical.
She was one of the rudest, uncaring, Drs I've ever been to. Horrible 'bedside' mannerand acted like she didn't want to even be there.
I had been having so many issue so i decided to go see Rebecca for i heard lot of good about her so i had gone and she was the best doctor i have ever since very concerned and caring she had spent a lot of time with me on my issues and didn't rush me out the door like most doctors do, now i can breath easier knowing i have a very good doctor who cares about me and my needs. Reminds me of my mother. good caring person
Dr. Phillips is the most wonderful, concerned, competent family doctor I have ever had. I switched to her as my personal physician because of a tooth that I had pulled became infected. I when to the emergency room with a swelled up face from the infection three times. the first and second times I was treated by my regular physician at that time. Each time, after about 10 days my face would swell up again. On the third trip to the emergency room Dr Rebecca Phillips was the physician on call. First she was concerned about the recurring swelling and infection. After examining me, she gave me a shot and told me to be in her office the following day if the swelling had not gone down, to call her anyway to tell her how I was doing. The swelling had receded the next day so I called her office. She took the call and asked me several questions. At the end of the call, I asked her if she mind treating men. She said she began her practice at the veterans hospital in Little Rock. That was all I needed to hear.Rebecca has been my doctor now for over five years. She is the greatest doctor I have ever had. Her level of concern is one of her strongest assets. She is informative and competent every time I visit her. When I developed cancer on my right thumb, she talked to me and my wife for almost an hour on what to expect during the operation, after the operation, and what to watch for if it re-occurred. It did re-occur, two times.I recommend her to all my friends and family
