This dr has changed since her small office was bought out by a corporate hospital. She does not keep patient/dr confidentiality and will write what you say (in confidence not related to your reason for the dr appt.) in your patient portal for all to see. She does not ask questions but is quick to make 'false' assumptions which she also puts in the patient portal and will not change even if she is advised that she is in error by what she wrote. If you question the side effects of certain meds she wants to give as being harmful in an area of concern she will label you as 'medically non-compliant' even if you explain why you were hesitant. If her office makes an error on the meds given she will post on the patient portal that you stopped the medicine or changed it...not that it was an office error. She makes false statements based on her own assumptions on the patient portal and will not change them. I do not recommend this dr at all. Don't let her sweet demeanor fool you.

Dr. Small listens, quickly and accurately diagnoses, then works hard to ensure that your treatment is effective. She is fantastic.

Dr. Small is very professional and is wonderful about referring you to qualified specialist. I am so pleased to have Dr. Small as my primary care physician. My husband and mother are now seeing her as well.

I have used the clinic for a few years but always saw other Dr's or the NP. This was my first time seeing Dr Small and I thought she was quite professional in her approach and knowledgeable. She spent sufficient time with the exam and discussing my reasons for seeing her and did not hurry through my visit so she could get to the next one.

The first visit was very satisfactory. Long enough to get and receive information, professional Dr. and staff. Most important to me was her willingness to listen and offer possible alternatives. At this point I would recommend Dr. Small to anyone.
