Front person has no customer service skills, went today for walk in and front girl forgets to take out my chart so she has me waiting there for 2 hours and when I ask her why it's taking so long, she says it because it's been chaotic, really? Just admit you forgot I was there. The PA is really not a back injury expert and i doubt if there is a real doctor that you can see. Overall really bad clinic, avoid it at all costs.

I was very pleased with the excellent care and services I received from all the staff at Nova. As a walk-in patient, there were no wait times and the whole process was smooth. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs to get a CDL/DOT physical exam.

The Doctor was very rude, did not do a full DOT Physical, I have driving for 30 years and never had an Physical like this. Then he wouldn’t make any referrals to see a Doctor to correct the problem, he said he couldn’t refer any which is a lie. He wanted to suspend my CDL. Since My company moved me from Chicago and I am new to the area, then say he couldn’t refer anyone. More or less he is saying, your problem and I am not helping you out. Mentioned it to the supervisor and he was not happy about either. I would NEVER USE THEM
