Abby Baldwin's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Abby Baldwin is hands down the best MD in the area. She is always so patient and really listens to everything you have to say. Her deicisions for addressing medical concerns/issues is calculated and thoroughly discussed before a plan is put into place. She tries to figure out the root of the problem and address it properly. She is very balanced and doesn't say hello and write you script just to get you out the door. She really cares and in turn her patients get the best care. I highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of an MD in this area.

Dr. Baldwin is very competent. She takes time to listen to her patients. Every treatment plan that she has prescribed for me has been worthwhile and helpful. Also, I appreciate that her scheduling is done in a way to avoid long waits in the lobby.

She’s such a kind doctor and really wants to make you feel better. I appreciate how thorough she is in making sure symptoms aren’t caused by something else. Never spend too much time in the waiting room either. The entire staff is always friendly and seems to get along well!

I never thought I would have to write a negative review of this office after being a patient there for many many years. I was nervous when Dr. Baldwin took over, but she turned out to be the BEST doctor I've ever had. She listened, seemed to care, and tried to understand my chronic pain and brain disease. She even helped me streamline my medical care bc I had sooo many different doctors.Somehow all of that changed this week. I sent in a request for a refill of a pain med that I've been on for many years. I, and the pharmacist, couldn't get through to anyone to find out why they would not respond after 3 days. After all these years on one narcotic, my body is dependent and was naturally showing withdrawal symptoms. I was extremely frightened. On top of that the narcotic I take was out of my system, so the pain was full force.I called and left 2 messages trying to find out what I needed to do. They would not call me back. I called the front desk to ask for an appointment with Dr. Baldwin. At that point, I was told they were dropping me as a patient due to missing an appointment I didn't even know I had. Naturally I began to cry and ask why etc.by that point, I was in so much pain I couldn't even walk. I was instead transferred to an office manager voicemail. None have returned my calls yet. I then receive a letter today "after careful consideration," we've decided to drop you as a patient. The letter was dated the 17th. I tried to refill on the 16th. Someone, anyone could have called me and given me this info weeks ago so I could have began the hunt for a new doctor, but instead you wait until my meds have run out and force me into withdrawals which is extremely dangerous, irresponsible, and potentially life threatening.

Doctors and nursing staff friendly but receptionist that answers the phone is not nice at all

I love Dr Baldwin. She has been my dr for a few years now and she has always been very patient and caring about what I am going through. Highly, Highly recommend her

Excellent visit. I've had so many bad experiences with doctors as I am young and have many health conditions. Dr. Baldwin was kind, and sweet, and understanding. She listened, took her time, was knowledgeable about my conditions, and put my mind at ease. Would definitely recommend her to others!
