Called them to get some information and schedule appointments because three members of my family were going to make appointments, but the woman on the phone was so unfriendly and dismissive-dont recall name, sounded like she was in her twenties.. I don't know what her problem was... but lost three prospective patients.

I don't know what everyone's issue is with this place. Its a clinic, and they are busy. The voice machine usually gets answered, and the staff are very friendly. The only thing I'd say is fixing the hours online since as it doesn't say what its hours are. But maybe that's something on my end. but for the most part I like this clinic and the staff. Definitely recommended for those with asthma/allergy concerns. They help you pretty quickly once you are there and are communicative.

Dr. Hedberg is knowledgeable, compassionate, and invested in helping patients. He and his extraordinary staff and colleagues make his group practice, Hedberg Asthma and Immunology, a community treasure. If you need help from a brilliant doctor, you couldn't find a better place to go. (And he sees people by appointment in Fayetteville as well as in Rogers!). After years of being stalled in dealing with a severe chronic condition, I'm now making terrific progress, due entirely to Dr. Hedberg's innovation and dedication to improving my health.

I am a complicated case. With a few autoimmune DX and complex hives, Hedburg was great to reassure me and run new tests to get some answers and provide relief in the interim. Very professional and supportive.
