Frances Radkey's Online Review Report Card

I have now answered this question 3 times. Washington Regional just lost a good Dr. Washington Regional's decision to treat covid 19 patients in the Bradley Building was a mistake by either the Board or administration. What patient would feel safe coming into that building? 2nd time I have filled this out this AM

Dr. Radkey has a great bedside manner, listens and explains everything thouroughly. My husband and daughter now see her & are very happy also. So glad to have found Dr. Radkey to care for my family.

My 85 year old mother in law who has Parkinson's disease has been seeing Dr Radkey for almost a year. We would highly recommend her. My mother in law really likes her as I do. We have found her to be very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate.

I saw Dr. Radkey after two of my friends recommended her to me. I was impressed with her. She actually looked at my chart before I came in, listened carefully to my concerns, asked relevant questions, and ordered appropriate assessments to determine whether I had underlying areas of risk. She was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend her.

Too busy paying attention to the computer. Did NOT listen to my concerns. First visit to establish care lates a total of maybe 20 minutes. I am a complex patient with multiple coMorbidities. She was NOT interested in any of my concerns.

As with the other comments, she IS very condescending and doesn't listen to your concerns. Nor did I agree with her diagnosis. She fired me because I missed one appointment. But the real reason is because I gave her my old records from my old doctor that passed away and was on pain management with him. She will not do pain! Period! Why even ask someone if their in pain! At least send to someone who does!

She's very self righteous and doesn't listen to what your concerns are. She only cares about money from office visits. She fired me as doctor because I live 15 miles away and couldn't make my appointment one day. Doesn't seem to be concerned with her patients. Stay away! Now I have to look for another doctor. And to be honest, I think the real reason she fired me was because I gave her my old medical records from my old doc that had passed away and I was on pain management with him.

Dr. Radkey was incredibly rude and condescending when I asked "too many questions" for one exam. I got the feeling she wants one topic per visit and I would have to make additional visits for additional questions. When I called later with a follow up question she seemed very inconvenienced. Switched doctors after that.

Found that Dr Radkey did not listen to me as a patient as was too busy entering information into the computer. Lab results are questionable as there was results from an urine sample that never was given I prefer a Dr that will actually look at me when we talk and answer questions when they are asked the first time

I would not choose this doctor again, and I'm glad she's leaving. Not only does she actively disregard patient concerns, she seems very unhappy with her job. And here's the latest news: She will not sign off on home health until my father, who just had surgery, walks into her office for an appointment. Now just exactly how is he supposed to get there. He's not ambulatory! So now, no home health. She is putting her most fragile patients in grave danger.
