List of Gannon B. Randolph's Reviews
Yesterday I had my post-surgery exam, and I cannot say enough in praise of Gannon Randolph, M.D. and Amanda Hawes, P.A. The care I received and the outcome of surgery exceeded my expectations. Always communication and explanation conveyed truth and comfort. This morning I have walked, without pain, 1.5 miles and look forward to walking an equal amount this afternoon. Before surgery almost half of each day was devoted to pain induced tears and minimal activity to avoid pain. I have my life back and look forward to hiking and traveling again. Thank you to both and to the rest of their medical team.
Dr Randolf is a exceptional surgeon. Not only surgery, but his bedside manner. Really listening and explaining everything to you. By the time I left my pre-op appointment, I knew I had the best surgeon. I was at ease and calmed by his intelligence as well as being your cheerleader you need in your corner! ??
Dr Randolf was an amazing surgeon with incredible bedside manner. As to their office staff and his personal nurse Heather, Whole different story. You can’t get a call back. It takes days for her to call and that’s with you calling multiple times. Same with office staff. I haven’t seen a dr office ran this bad in awhile. My mom ran surgery centers and offices. As well as my boyfriend is an anesthesiologist. They are both stunned by their lack of unprofessional behavior.
visit for spine fusion, very friendly, fully explained procedure needed, how it would be performed, with illustrations, and quickly scheduled me in for surgery. awesome knowledge and friendly, just what you need during times of pain.
I had a herniated disc in my neck from a work accident. He was awesome, he took so much time with me to make sure I had all the information that I needed. When it was time for surgery he was one of the most kindest people you will ever meet. My surgery went great and now one year later I feel awesome. God has blessed this man and I am forever so grateful.
Absolutely fantastic surgeon. Great personality, confident, capable, and intelligent. He change my life in 1.5 hours.
Upon getting a laminectomy with internal fixation in 2017 . Fast forward to 2019 upon a third party neuro surgeon consult , Dr. stated he should of done the upper level during this surgery . Now pending surgery again !! Very dissatisfied in Dr. Randolph’s capability !!
This is the worst experience with a doctor I’ve ever had. He is a zero, which is not allowed here or I would have done so. Walks in tells a joke about difference between a surgeon and God, answer: God can’t do surgery! Ok. I’m thinking he has a God complex I’ve seen before in my life as an RN. An RN friend was with me. Spent 13 minutes with me— told a long story about an elephant and zebra, metaphorically—never addressed my MRI—never addressed x-rays—I don’t think he ever looked. AVOID. App 1/07
he repaired my neck after an automobile collision. I trust him and his excellent skills.
Dr. Randolph performed a spinal fusion for me. He is an expert, and my procedure went just as he explained it would. I found him professional and compassionate with a good sense of humor. His excellent PA and staff made this very scary experience--not quite as scary as it might have been.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
