List of Jeffrey D. Bell's Reviews
Dr Bell doesn't deserve 1 star! My father had hernia surgery with Dr Bell. Immediately after surgery he left on vacation.never checked in with us afterwards. Never saw Dr Bell again. My father bled out, and died the day before Christmas Eve. We have yet to hear from him. Dr Adams was trying to save my father, while Dr Bell complained about coming back in, and was 2 hours away. My dad took the reviews on this site as gold. Please don't fail for it, especially if your complicated. I would've had so much more respect for him, if he would've told us he wasn't comfortable. Beware! Value your loved one, and run! I lost our chance
I wish we had more one on one time. It was my first big surgery and I was very nervous with lots of questions. But he was a WONDERFUL person!! Does amazing work!
Top notch professionalism and excellent bed side manners. Dr. Bell and his team took care of me in the emergency room, really soothed over a scary moment. The follow up was top notch. Highly recommend Dr. Bell.
Dr. Bell answered all my questions in depth.
He just did surgery on me. Bed side manner was great. I recommend him highly. He talks to you about everything and explains everything. I'm very happy with him.
I like Dr Bell, he has always done right by me, and I won't think twice about using him in the future.I had this done at Eureka Springs Hospital because Washington Regional failed us MISERABLY 4 times in 6 weeks TOTAL FAILURE. They are not the Hospital people think they are, or as they represent themselves. I would encourage anyone to think long and hard before using them. They really are CORPORATE about turnover more than care. The term non profit is nothing more than a tax advantage, Trust me the folks at the top are making a ton of money,BTW, After this many failures, the last one he was delivered unresponsive and we waited for almost 5 hours in the emergency room, I kept asking for an IV, after they did that, he became responsive within about 40 minutes. They told me that holiday weekends were always busier, and they always were short on Holidays. Well no kidding. these are earmarks of corporate greed, holding costs down knowing there is a problem but doing nothing about it. That's a lot of overtime you knowI just could not bring my then dying loved one back to Washington Regional. We saw a Dr. Within a few minutes at Mercy, they found a second infection, prescribed a second antibiotic
While the overall experience at WRMC was less than favorable, Dr. Bell was able to get me in and out of surgery from my ER visit the same day. He gave clear instructions for recovery, was available for questions, and had the nurses follow up with me. Would recommend Dr. Bell for general surgery.
Dr. Jeffrey Bell and his team are hands down the best. So attentive and go over every detail! Always there for you and give you the confidence you need when doing through health issues. Dr. Bell has been my doctor for over 10 years! He takes the time to help you understand what’s going on and the best course of treatment and any changes that will be the most beneficial for your health long term! I absolutely love Dr. Bell and his team! They check in with you after you are out of the office and surgery! They really make you feel special and cared about, not just another surgery or person!
If you or a loved one ever has the misfortune of having to go through an emergency surgery, I’d strongly advise against trusting Dr. Jeff Bell. She was admitted with appendicitis. During the surgery, Dr. Bell felt the right half of her colon also needed to be removed. There was nothing wrong with her colon, but now she gets to go to the bathroom multiple times a day. This man changed her life! Why wouldn’t he just remove the appendix, then send her for a colonoscopy BEFORE removing a portion of it. Protect yourself and those you love. Request someone else if you are ever referred to Dr. Jeff Bell.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
