From the consultation, preop to the procedure, the care given by Vold Vision staff was 5 stars . I’ve wanted to get this done for a long time - even hoping for cataracts so my insurance would cover! At 50 years old, I’m too young to wait for cataracts and too active to be tied to contacts and glasses! The Thing that impressed my most is Dr McFarland postponed my surgery because the health of my cornea was not optimal for best outcome of lens exchange since I had worn contacts for so long . But with time, glasses and medicine, my corneas were much healthier and I had my lens exchange done yesterday. Happy to report I’m texting and reading without glasses or contacts — free at last . I’m beyond excited.
