This was our first time to see Dr. Gaines. He was absolutely fantastic! He listened to all of my concerns and pulled out all the stops to figure out what was going on with my son. He didn’t not rush through either of the appointments we had with him. Highly recommend!

Very sick baby, I asked if I could wait in the car until our appointment and the front desk lady scoffed and said “we don’t do that here”. They said I had to check in online, as I was checking in it directed me to the front desk for further follow up, I went back and the lady said no, just continue on your phone. I saw this happen with multiple parents, whom, were also struggling with sick kids. Meanwhile, the front desk staff laughed and played on their phones. We had an appt at 10:40, were put in a room at 10:45, saw the Dr at 11:25. We’ve always had good experiences with the Drs, front desk wasn’t super professional. Just be prepared to wait in the lobby and check in online.
