NWA Peds is the best! The staff are so kind and friendly and Dr. Furlow goes out of her way to make sure we are educated and heard. We are so grateful for this team!

Usually I would give nwa pediatric clinic a 5 star review. I’ve never had anything to complain about with any of the doctors. (My mother took my brother and there when we were very young) I have a 4 year old who has only been seen at this clinic for random incidents. Every dr has been awesome, guess he has been lucky. BUT… My newborn (5 days old) had his first ever appointment to check his overall health to survive in this world. My 4 year old and I went in with masks on. The nurse had a mask on since Covid numbers are still a real problem as is the flu and RSV. The Dr. Walks in with no mask on, doesn’t ask if we want him to put a mask on . Remember… my second son is 5 days old!!! There is plenty of complaints this go around it would take forever to get through. I would love to mention the Dr’s name but I feel like maybe he is better with older kids and not to knowable about babies or their needs. He didn’t even look in my son’s mouth!!!
