After a quick examination of my feet the doctor decided to refer me to another specialty. He was likely being efficient. He did touch my feet, and then ran his hands over his face, nose, and mouth. He may have been preoccupied with his thoughts, but it was off-putting.

The nurse at the window was insanely rude to me to the point literally cried when I left and wanted to ask her why she was being so rude. I seriously do not know why you would enter this field if you hate people so much and can’t even try to be a little bit kind. I came to ask about a cortisone shot for my wrist tendonitis which I had previously gotten at the same office several months before. When I went the time before I did have to wait in the room about an hour and a half before I saw Dr. for 5 mins. I also had previously been to the urgent care and waited about 2 hours and watched tons of people who got there way after me get called to see Dr. before me. I understand it is a busy clinic with a lot going on but after the nurse was so rude on a power trip for zero reason it seriously rubbed me the wrong way to the point I wanted to leave a review. I had a ton of trouble also scheduling appointment which is why nurse was rude to me because I tried to walk in to Urgent Care to ask about a cortisone shot not knowing you must have appointment. I tried for a month to get a hold of scheduling nurse no matter what time of day I called for weeks I could never get her on the phone. She did try to call me back and I was working and unable to answer and I’m sure her job has a lot of people calling but the fact the nurse was sooo mean to me when I obviously didn’t know policies and after trying hard to get appointment is so ridiculous. I hope she was just having bad day and does not normally talk to people like that or else she should honestly be fired.
