I never leave bad reviews, but I will today. I never once received a bill from them for services I supposedly received but I have a delinquency of $89 on my credit report from them. $89!!! Why would I not pay an &89 bill? Why didn’t I even receive a bill? Also, I have no idea why I would even be billed because I have never dealt with this place…ever!
I'm disappointed to see negative reviews here. Pathology groups work as consultants to physicians who are working to get an accurate diagnosis. I've worked all over the country in medicine. These guys are the best. They are thoughtful and diligent. They're always happy to review their findings with me. I can't speak to their billing issues. But I wouldn't trust my patients with anyone else to help me diagnostically. I have no financial interest in their business. Steve Hennigan, MD Infectious Diseases
Never had service, never billed, 22 months after an alleged service date an unpaid bill shows up on my credit report. Reporting to BBB as well.
Surprise bill from a sample supposedly sent to this place. A tiny amount of a soft tissue sample tested to see if it's cancer apparently costs $400 after insurance. What a scam. Still fighting with the dentist who sent it as they didn't tell me about this but they're pointing the finger at this place so I called them. No care or concern by the lady who answered the phone. Not helpful, not caring and not polite. Don't allow any work to be sent off to this lab.
Got a bill in the mail from a collector. Never once got a bill from NWA Pathology Associates. Called them and they have my correct address. You know what's funny? I have informed delivery from the USPS and not once did mail come from these jokers. And isn't it convenient how the collection agency had no problem sending a letter to me? So now this is on my credit report. Had they billed me directly at the time of service, I'd have paid. But since I ain't got long to go anyway, they can collect it from my grave. Will notify Highlands Oncology what they did, I hope this place burns in the almighty fires of hell.
If you get work done at your doctor or hospital, be sure to have them use a different service. Didn't get one bill in the mail and a year later I get a bill in the mail from a sketchy collection agency. These people are crooks.
I did not even remember I had any appointment with them , but they reported me to collecting agency with 180$ bill without any notice..I never received any bill from them nor I visited them ..they are pathetic .
Horrendous billing practices. They transposed two digits of my address yet had the correct phone number. I never received bills from them for services rendered in 2019. They sold the amount owed to a collections agency. When asked why they didn't call they said it's their policy not to call patients. If you get lab work done at your Dr's office I'd be sure to ask if it goes to this place. If so you need to stay on top of it to make sure you get the bill. They're a joke.
Always professional and providing a high level of service has been my experience with these folks
Be careful using them. I had an outstanding bill for almost one year and never received a notice that I owed anything. Then all of a sudden, I get reported to a collection agency. Supposedly I was sent 5 notices which is a damm lie. Between this place and Dr. Hawkins office are both scams. I will never use either one of them again. You do not deserve even a one star. Big liars!! Its just weird that i have lived in the same place and have the same phone number but never received one notice. Somehow the collection agency can find me...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
