List of Scotty Lee Bolding's Reviews
Dr. Scott Bolding changed my life. I was dealing with significant TMJ issues as well as a class III malocclusion, giving me chronic pain and difficulty functioning in daily life. Dr. Bolding is incredibly intelligent, kind, and diligent, as is his office. The staff always made me feel welcome, and I'm very thankful for their persistence in getting pre-approval from insurance for the surgeries I desperately needed. I'm only two and a half months post-op, and I already feel so much better. No pain at all in my TMJ joints and my jaws line up beautifully! I am so, so grateful to Dr. Bolding and his office for their help. I could not recommend their services more! :)

Twice I've gone to the Fayetteville office and they had either created the wrong stint or given me the wrong appointment time. I waited about 6 weeks for the first stint and when I went in to get it, she had made the wrong one. Amazingly the correct one was made in two days. She didn't give me a very nice response when I asked why one took 6 weeks but another only two days.
Surgery went great and they got me in and did a amazing work LOVE these People
They do not take medical insurance nor did they disclose the amount my bill was until after I couldn't pay the 9000 up front for my daughter to have surgery. So I am left with a 1000 bill and xray bill of 700.
I have a major issue regarding getting a resolution to my paying over $,16,000.00+ only to have 4 upper implants fail, 3 falling out on their own. The removable bridge I had before the implants fell out never fit properly, and now the remade bridge following their failure also never fit. I believe the reason for this is that they don't use impressions, but instead measure mouth digitally. It was so loose. Every time I tried to wear the bridge, it caused pain and fell out of my mouth within 5-10 minutes after using adhesive. After contacting them 5 times in last 2 months, and still waiting over 1 month to hear back from their office as to how they plan to either replace the implants (4), abutments and everything that goes along with that, including a new removable bridge, or at least give me a refund. I was told by Dr Bolding that his work was guaranteed. Dr Bolding was always most pleasant, but I feel I deserve what I paid for.
Been to many physicians in my life and Dr. Scotty Bolding is by far the best, most knowledgable and passionate Doctor I ever met!
About twenty four years ago I went to a young recently graduated dentist in Fayetteville Arkansas. She was very nice knowledgeable and caring. She did some work on my teeth and gave me some options for the other dental work I needed. One option was considering two implants. At the time implants were new and there were not that many dentist that could perform the surgical procedure. I was very fortunate that I was referred to Dr. Scotty Bolding, a young Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon freshly out of residency. I found him knowledgeable, confident and competent. He installed two implants for me. I moved out of Arkansas after a few years. However, during the past twenty four years I have had at least eight implants where few of them have failed. His two installed implants are the best I have had. Some of the work that was done on my mouth was in Northern Virginia. It has been nothing but disappointment. I have spent thousands dollars of my retirement money and yet nothing to show for it.
My first visit I waited 2 and 1/2 hours to be seen and finally had to leave. I did go back a month later and agreed to have an MRI. I dropped the MRI disk off at his office and was told he would call me with the results. It has been 20 days ago. I spoke with his office manager and was told my condition has worsened and that I have fragments.? I had the MRI report mailed to my home as well and the report says "no visible fragments noticed" but other concerns which they have not told me. The only way to communicate with them apparently is through email. I have called and left messages for Hilary to call me back and I get an email that still doesn't address my questions or MRI results. I was told I needed prosthetic jaw bones (not sure if it's both sides or just one) and surgery would be over 20,000. I let her know I would be getting a second opinion and the next day I received an email with the costs being about half that much. I feel like they are taking advantage of people.
Best maxillofacial surgeon Northwest Arkansas and the region. He repaired a botched implant system improperly put into my fathers jaw. He was able to remove and replace it and get my fathers jaw pain totally resolved. My son needed a new tooth because he was born missing some of his adult teeth. Now he has the smile he was supposed to have. Great doc.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
