I had to go back for additional imaging because my mammogram was abnormal .The Drs and the staff were amazing! They were very thorough, and I left there with good news. Thank you all so much for your excellent care!

I strongly recommend finding a different place for your mammogram screening. They called me back for a second screening and had to try several times as the technician could NOT figure out how to get the area in question or how to interpret the results. Finally after the ultrasound, the Dr told me the area in question was not suspicious and they would not biopsy it, yet they left the screening as "inconclusive" based on prior images they said they were still waiting on, even though I had provided that information months prior. They also sent me a letter that said they "believed it was benign," seeming as though they are afraid to make a decision and want you to continually come back for unneeded screenings as they remain wishy washy and confused about what is going on. Lastly, their assessment contradicted my initial mammogram which said my breasts were dense. I've lost faith in them to provide proper screening and reporting. I hate to call it a scam, but they certainty love to bring you back for excessive screenings and send you letters that often contradict what they tell you when in the office. Wishing everyone valid screenings from good places that are confident in their assessments.

After 3 bad experiences, I finally found the best imaging tech ever!!!! Thank you Kathy for such a positive experience!!! I will be driving the 45 minutes every year, and asking for you! Nice to have someone who cares enough to talk you through how to make this experience positive!

Both the scheduling nurse and a radiologist blatantly lied to my PCP and to me. The apparent disregard for the professional treatment of my PCP felt both shocking and denigrating, as I am not accustomed to those in the medical profession treating one another in such an overtly dismissive manner. Lying to me in an effort to lure me in, so as to do exactly the opposite of what was promised, exposed both the scheduling nurse and the radiologist as merely manipulative business people. Due to the derelict display of these individuals, I am forced to seek services elsewhere; in establishments with which I have previous experience. Medical establishments that provide both quality care and the utmost of professionalism, like KU Med in Kansas City and/or Northwestern in Chicago.

The staff was attentive; however, the ultra sound tech almost hurt me with how she pushed me on the table. Not necessary.

I called to cancel my appointment for a mammogram, and the sweet woman from The Breast Center asked me if I was sick. I told her that we had been up all night because my Brother in law was in critical condition. She asked his name because she wanted to pray for him. Not only was she understanding about me having to cancel, she showed real empathy to a complete stranger.

The Breast CenterI've been going to the Breast Center for years and years. They are outstanding. Caring, careful, and highly professional. My experience is that they go above and beyond every time.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at The Breast Center. The staff is welcoming and puts you at ease. It is clear they are passionate about what they do and are committed to giving the absolute BEST care to each person that walks in the door. I would recommend them with confidence to anyone I know!
