First visit to establish Dr Brockman as my PCP went quite well. He had a gentle demeaner and was thoughtful in his conversation. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at my appointment, and thought Tyler was respectful and caring.
Dr brockman is a caring Dr he listens and does his very best to get ya better I feel comfortable with him as my Dr when Dr Pierre left I thought they'll never b another Dr as good as her until Dr brockman came along hopefully Washington regional family clinic keeps him on board
I lay on the floor of my apartment, all alone, screaming nonstop, in uncontrollable pain, for 15 minutes. I wanted to die. It subsided slightly. I called the clinic on my cell, probably my tenth call over the past 5 weeks, begging for help, a pain I could not “control”. The nurse told me to “control” myself. I begged for stronger medicine, or a referral to a pain specialist, but got no response, no sympathy. I yelled at the nurse—no compassion, no medical treatment, no referral. They got rid of me in the middle of my pain, leaving me to scream alone on the floor. Reader, you’re next.
Dr Brockman is very knowledgeable, patient and truly cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone!
Dr. Brockman is very nice, and able to explain most of the concerns I had as not being problematic at all. I feel extremely confident in Dr. Brockman's abilities and look forward to seeing him again when I need to see a Doctor. He is also able to coordinate my care with other specialists concerning some complicated issues I have, and I appreciate that as well.
Very quick. Very efficient. Very professional. Very nice.
