ER triage here is Terrible!!! Wife had severe colitis, been vomiting for 6 plus hours, crying in pain. After triage we waited for almost 4 hours . When the two college age girls who came in an hour after us and had been laughing and making videos on their phones was taken to a room before my wife! As cool as I could be I explained that was not ok. Funny immediately after I finally got sick enough to say something she was taken to a room. I was a medic for 23 years and have never seen such a poor triage system or lack of knowledge on how to prioritize patients. Next time someone says go to Washington regional ER , tell em NO and go to a veterinarian office where you could get treatment sooner !! I will say staff in the actual ER was cordial and good. I would give them 4 stars.
Thank-you to all. Doctors, Nurses and all Staff. Everyone was so nice. ICU and Fourth Floor Crewe where great! I am alive today because of the Team Effort. Mark H.
Emergency Department and specifically Burdge Green is pathetic and condescending. This so called doctor ordered an X-ray on a 94 yo’s back when they were complaining about hip pain. Green refused to X-ray hip/pelvis while patient was complaining of hip pain during discharge and it’s obvious they wanted her out of ED. Pathetic.
Horrible experience in labor and delivery!!! Definitely not giving birth at this hospital.
If you want your loved ones to die then take them to this hospital! This hospital allowed my mother to die under their watch and it was 100% preventable. Their negligence and incompetence is the reason why I no longer have my mother. My mother fell at their hospital while hooked up to all their monitors. Their negligent nurses never went to check on her after she fell and her monitors were alarming. My sister found my mother unresponsive on the floor and had to alert the nurses who were sitting at the nurses station directly beside her room. The doctors and nurses showed absolutely no empathy nor emotion for the loss of my mother! This place is a disgusting excuse for a medical treatment facility and has the absolute lowest quality people working for it.
If I could put none I would. A nurse took a statement that was funny wrong and lied to the charge nurse said she was threatened and hit. They got security and placed them at my door and denied access to the nicu where we was at. Then portrayed the situation like a angry black woman gone MAD. Threatened that they could make it harder if we don't comply with what they want and take away rights to child. All over a lie from a nurse who wasn't even supposed to be there. She's not my nurse. I will never give birth there again nor visit I'll go to Springdale instead.
4 hours and 30 minutes waiting in ER with my daughter, and counting… awful service ! …. Just awful
I would never wanted to be admitted there. Other than that it's got a great outpatient department and Walker Heart is awesome.
They said that they had to watch my uncle they left him alone and he fell and lost blood fast and died im sad I'm 12 u saw him die in front of me he was only 50
Very kind staff. They're very professional yet caring and didn't waste my time sitting and waiting for long to get my tests done.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
